Definitely deloreans and they obviously only associate them With a crappy film because they're brain dead and don't know anything about their history, there is a LOT more to deloreans than that crappy movie

@@violettheorgangrinder It's also a crappily designed car. Per my husband, putting on, adjusting the doors, and getting the latches in sync is tedious. The fuel injection system was hard to make it pass emissions. They were out of production by time they were used for the movie. The current owner bought the remaining stock and had it shipped to the US. They are now built and restored in Humble, Texas, a suburb of Houston. There are also a few other places around the US that work on them. John Z had skills to design cars (i.e. GTO) but mismanagement, government corruption, and drugs made the dream short lived and the design imperfect. 🙁

This is what makes me proud to be British watching a classic jag being detailed, well done guys
after all those years that old english lady has still got it! beautiful car and super transformation.
It’s such a shame to see an iconic car left to deteriorate so much after the guy obviously spent a decent amount on the paint, interior and mechanical just to leave it in a corner to waste away…..WD have done a great job in bringing back some of its great looks but the damage has been done unfortunately.
I think it would be good, if you use a steam cleaner for the interieur. The Canadien collegue DetailGeek shows it.

I adore these cars, when I was 18, my boss had one and he used to let me drive it! I didn’t even have my own car at the time, everything after that was a bit of a let down if you know what I mean. Great video, really satisfying transformation 👍👍👍
You guys just made yourselves perfect detailers, I cant stand someone that brags and never seems to make a mistake, unlike one of the other detal guys on KZread that is always negative toward everything, but you guys are the best, great job👍

I like your humble style on your narratives. Good job. Really enjoyed the whole thing.
Beautiful. I just wish you did more engine and undercarriage detailing. It just feels unfinished when it's skipped.
Older classic Jaguars are so underrated man. Even up through the 90s they’re gorgeous and elegant af. They almost have that German heaviness with everything feeling solid and Saturday. Can haul ass while being super comfy haha I’d love to bag an older xj L. The VIP guys over in Japan have built some beautiful jags and got me wanting to pick one up
It was great seeing this video. I own a classic 1978 XJV12L Jaguar and it is the finest car I have ever driven. I showed it at the Portland International Raceway's All-British Car Meet and it was judged by 3 Judges at 9.893 and placed 2nd in the Driven class. A Professor from University of Victoria in BC came in first with a gorgeous black model - mine is chocolate brown. This model was considered the Luxury Car of the year in the world back in 1978 and I still have the booklet and also the maintenance manual. Never thought I would have such an affinity for a mechanical machine - but the design is so elegant and under-stated that it is easy to fall in love with it! Takes a brilliant mechanic to keep it running due to its precision design - I can vouch for that....thankfully, I can recommend an excellent mechanic in a shop in Eugene, Oregon.
beautiful car
Thats a fabulous car for a variety of reasons, I hope it always stay in hands that appreciate what theyve got
Great job on the paint! With respect to the white wall tires, SOS or Brillo pads usually do the trick. If not, a brass bristle brush with some cleanser will work. They make a brush that is a little wider than the typical white wall. The SOS are also perfect for real chrome bumpers and wheel covers like this car has. They will knock all that light oxidation right off.
Thank you for your great job here.
Nice job on this Jaguar XJ-12L guys. In answer to your question, I've always had good luck using a Brillo, or SOS scouring pad when scrubbing whitewall tires, or alternatively a can of Ajax, or Comet cleanser, a scrub brush, & a bucket of warm water would also do the trick. Good luck!
Always good to see a JAG-U-AR looking the way it should 👍

That's an extremely rare XJ12 in a timewarp condition. Great detailing to restore to its former glory. You used to be able to pick up the rusty 6 cylinder ones for a couple of hundred, but now even Series 2 prices are going up!
BEAUTIFUL>>>Miracle Worker!
Wow, that paint work looks amazing.
Now this car is buried treasure, now it's turning out cleaning and detailing, you cleaned very well man.
My dream sedan . Specifically this model . Is like no other.
What a lovely old car, there is something about older Jag's that are special, i love the elegant-ness about them, but yet they are strong and timeless. Great work, what a beauty!
amazing old school , this car is really beautiful.
Absolute not my type off car, but you Guys but the detailing was perfect !! At the start i always think, this time they don t get the car clean, but every time you surprises me with a excellent result ! Nice video ass always and wait for your next project !!
Hey boys, it's really heart warming to see you looking after a true British classic. I thank you, it looks great! RH, London.
Wow what a turnaround the interior came out real good it was in decent shape but you guys made it new, and the paint came real good for a car that was sitting getting dust, 💯👍🏾✌🏽👏🏽👏🏽
I've used Brillo or SOS pads on white walls with satisfaction in the past. You did a great job on the Jaguar.

Lovely car - it looked so good.
Best comment you guys have made, “We aren’t perfect.” None of us are, even after 36 years in medicine in my case. I’ve noticed that you’ve changed your approach to mold/fungi on interiors. You weren’t too proud to ask in the past. Keep up the good work. Now, you need to find a ‘77 Cutlass Supreme Brougham to detail. My first car (new) my senior year of HS that I paid for. Second the comment on getting a steam cleaner.

Absolutely Beautiful !
When I was working on a used car lot in the '80's we had a guy come out and jack up the wheel and use a small machine with an abrasive wheel to actually scrape off a layer of white wall . They looked like new when finished.
Amazing transformation guys!!

Looks beautiful Wow
Fabulous to watch. I had a 4.2 Series 2 Coupe, which was a fabulous car to drive, then sold it and bought a V12 Series 3 car which I drove for about 4 years. It was Magnificent to drive, I could do 200 miles and get out and feel it was barely 20 miles driven. Sadly, it died when the gearbox oil cooler which was physically part of the radiator (!?) got a leak which ingested water into the gear box. I tried flushing it out and fitted a seperate oil cooler but was never the same again. This Series 2 in the video is a rare car. :))
Great vid! I own that car's sibling, a rare 76 XJ12c.

I have cleaned white wall tires using Brillo. It took off any curb rash and left a nice clean surface.
I just found your channel today. That car is GORGEOUS! Crappy mpg be damned. I'd drive it occasionally. The foam coating around he 9 minute mark is oddly satisfying to me. :-)
Cool! Ready to sit for another 20 years :)
I like the fact that he says that they are not perfect detailers, but you get the best that they can do with what they have.
That actually came up really nice, paint was surprisingly good. Love the cigarette butt that came flying out of the ashtray when you hit it with the tornador 😂
17:30 That tornador thing was my favourite thing to use to clean interiors. Quick and efficient, I loved it. :D
Nice work!
Had a 1979 XJ6L that I drive for years. Damn near rusted out from under me. Absolutely beautiful car nonetheless.
👍👍👍
My mom had a 1977 XJ 12 Coupe, red. It was so nice and I learned driving with this car.
A little acetone on a rag works wonders on whitewalls, redwalls etc. & white lettered tires. followed by soap & water of course. Great video 👍👍
Great video! These S2 XJ Jags don’t get enough love :)
When I’m trying to restore some life back into a customers white walls or red/gold line vogues, the tried and true method I’ve used for years is painting on a nice thick layer of baking soda/water paste, and using either a super stiff bristle toothbrush, or works faster if you have a brass wire brush 👌🏼 works perfect every time 100%. I’ve brought back some white walls I thought were a total lost cause to looking pretty damn good haha
Wow...real beauty
I got to say at the time there was nobody that could rival Jaguars Interiors, they were just absolutely phenomenal I mean they even beat Bentley Rolls-Royce all of them those Interiors were incredible. Those seats are at 10 out of 10❤
Great job
I use Wesley's Bleach White on my white letter and whitewall tires. I did my 70 GTO for the first time in 10 years and it looked great afterwards.
You guys work hard👍 love your carpet cleaner machine 👍👍👍👍👍
Can anyone explain to me why watching a filthy car get detailed is so immensely satisfying?
Why did you leave rust patches on the chrome wheels? Surely chrome cleaner and/or a little wire wool would sort this out. Shame the owner let the car get into this condition. Great job and content. Keep up the good work 👍
Hey good collaboration video brought the jaguar back to life look nice
HI WD DETAILING I LOVE YOUR CHANNEL AND I LOVE ALL OF YOUR CAR DETAILING VIDEOS AND I LOVE ALL OF THE CAR DETAILING VIDEOS!!!!!! THE TRANSFORMATIONS ARE EPIC!!!
Just a small suggestion for you. I detail cars in Australia, Armourize car Care and Detailing, and for those little stains and marks that are left on the carpet and cloth seats that the extractor can't remove I use some white spirit, AKA dry cleaning fluid, and a cloth to rub it in. It almost always removes those annoying little marks that can spoil the finished product. Love your work by the way.
You did an amazing job as usual I want you to order At first I saw behind you a BMW E60 We want you to ring it up and polish it like you always do
❤️
Me queda decir una sola palabra genialllllllllllllll 💯💫👌👏👏👏👏🇦🇷
My Mum used to drive a 1968 Jaguar Type E or XK-E as it is called this side of the pond. It was a right hand drive that she brought over to Canada when we moved here in the 1970’s. She drove it every summer until 7 years ago when it was stolen right out of her garage. She was devastated. I adored that car. A bit of a gas guzzler but so much fun to drive. Great job restoring this classic. Its interior is still gorgeous and luxurious. My only question is are those bumpers original? They don’t look like the bumpers that were on this make in England?
Fantastic job
Wesley’s bleach white works miracles on whitewalls Family has been using it since the 50’s and I still use it today
