There's a ton of valuable parts on those. I'm thinking someone wasn't working on the newer one, more likely someone was stealing stuff off it, that explains the knife inside too. Used to pry stuff out, cut wires, etc.

When I see stuff like this, I wonder if the person had any friends or family in their lives and if they did, did no one wanted any of the belongings? I asked my adult kids if there was anything that they wanted they can take it now or wait till I die. They told me it was a bunch of old junk that they would throw away. So knowing that, I'll start going through things and donate it to The Salvation Army or some other place.

I’m sure this home was beautiful back in the day but sad seeing all of the belongings still there. After watching videos like this one I made sure my older daughter and son know what to do with all of my things. Thank you for sharing have a great weekend 😎

The 300 SE is a Gas engine. the 240 D is a diesel and a w123 chasis. Built like tanks.

They haven't messed that house up to much, no spray painting or holes in the walls, that house wouldn't take to much time to make it liveable.

Hey, welcome back! Glad to see a new video. The cars remind me of my great great uncle I had as a kid. He was a miserable old man from my experiences, but my dad saw him more. He had a mile long driveway with all these old cars & trucks littering the sides & possibly some were in ditches, being taken over by the elements. He even had old cars in his front yard, just littering & being taken over by the elements. Some cars were his, some belonged to other people that never came back for them. When he died, my aunt went into assisted living/nursing home, so she auctioned off everything they owned & had a junkyard come get the cars.

Those tires and wheels were stolen off that car, there wasn't any maintenance being done on that Mercedes.

This "vintage lady" (I love that 😉) had some good taste in cars. Those paintings could be worth something too, sad that got left behind. I'm sure her home was warm and cozy (that's the vibes I got). Sad once again that people had to go in a trash it up.

I'd take that home in a heartbeat! It doesn't look like a lot of work to get it back in shape. I have to wonder how these homes are sitting empty. Aren't taxes needed to be paid? Is it tied up in the courts? Sad, really.

Rob, Did you happen to notice the Bullet Holes on the side of the Volvo (Car closest to side street where you parked)? I went by the house this morning and seen them.

Call me crazy, but even if this place may look trashed as hell to some, it's mostly the furniture and stuff left by previous owner. Not that much structurally, and it would not be impossible to refurbish.

Hi Robb and Kristy! That was a really nice bungalow in its day. Too bad it's been left to deteriorate. I think someone was stealing parts from the newer Mercedes. I think if someone had been doing repairs, they wouldn't have set it down on the carport floor like that. I really hate to see someone's old homeplace vandalized like that. Nice find, enjoyed it!

I remember watching a video about a man who died in the seat he was watching TV, the sad fact was no one knew he had passed until the power company came know on his door demanding over due electricity bills because so for time he had his television for god now's how long but I do say over a year. That is definitely a sad story when the power company staff found the remains of the guy staring at the TV.

My dad had one like the mint colored one, only it was a golden mustard color. It had over 500k miles on it. All my friends said it looked like he was driving a hearse around town. It felt like a limo in the back - so open.
