Aasif was one of my favorite Correspondant on TDS with Jon Stewart. He always made me laugh out loud.

Stewart's best quality with The Daily Show was that he had a real eye for talent A lot of his correspondents have gone on to greatness and I'm not just talking about Oliver and Colbert

Agree 100%. Every episode with him was guaranteed to be hilarious. When I heard Jon was leaving, I was hoping Aasif would take over. I once heard an interviewer suggest the same thing after Trevor got it, and Aasif said it never came up and was never an option for him, because he wanted to be an actor. But he was my favorite ever.

For EX-MUSLIMS who escaped death cult of Islam and marxists in Iran and understand the antisemitic movement in France that has just won the election there it is very offensive that morons like Colbert don't realize that "far right" indicates fringe, and 30 percent of population is not far right when we say that majority of Muslims want sharia law in liberal nations, throwing off roofs for LGBTQ, hanging for apostates, stoning and other horrible acts of violence. Come on atheist republic so con artists like Jon Stewart and Colbert do not fool you with their anti-liberal marxist/socialist messages that mathematically makes the world a worst place.

WHAAAAT?! What an amazing surprise! Aasif was always my favorite correspondent, I was hoping he was in the running to take over when Jon was stepping down. Went to some of his one-man shows in NYC and chatted with him afterward. Aasif is amazing.

Aasif was always great! Nice to see him on the show again! Get all the old correspondents on!

I was in the audience. They were all SO nice.

Aasif Mandvi has always been one of my favorites! I love how ironically mean they were to him. "I'd love to say you should come back anytime but I've talked to people around here and that isn't the sentiment." Killer line.

To think a guy in a two-headed fish constume almost got arrested for tresspassing on the EPA office, but there's... can we call it "debate"???... around the January 6 hooligans.

_"Sir,_ you are not a _fish!"_ 🤦‍♂😄I remember that segment. I don't think I've ever seen anything dumber. I was half expecting Aasif to sarcastically reply with something like, "Really?" and then look at his other head and say, "So I didn't really have any business _naming_ this guy, then?"

He is awesome on EVIL. One of the best shows and one of my favorites. Hope it gets to go on.

The wiping out of the archives is the weirdest thing. We are losing our collective memory as a nation. I don’t like this at all.

While I loved the job Jon and Trevor did hosting every night, I have to say that the interplay dynamics with co-hosting has taken this show where it needed to go. It’s feels like a band, and having Aasif on really shows that.

I love Evil. It’s so creative and funny at times. I wish it could go on for a couple more years.

"Where's a show where you actually go and get to interact with demons?" "You've never been to a maga event." Also, I love his character on Evil. He adds such a genuine, serious, vibe to what couldve been a ridiculous show. He is very much a part of what makes that show great. Wish there was going to be a season 5.

Why aren't they telling people that it was picked up by Netflix?? Evil is ending on Paramount+ but will be continuing on Netflix. And too right, because it's a frakking amazing show.

The show is ending. Netflix has old seasons but the show is still ending.

When I watched my first clip from "Evil" and saw they had one of Sesame Street's original case members is a nun who sees Demons as they stand right next to you! Super top quality and all the way through!

I loved Aasif in TDS and Series of Unfortunate Events!

I hope Desi is okay. That look she gave the camera after mentioning HR is really concerning.

Did you notice that throughout the interview she kept pushing her jaw forward? Not really sure what that usually means, but it's kinda like bruxism. Feels kind of like irritation or competition or something. Or could be stimulant stereotypy. Those aren't uncommon in show hosts.

I hadn't heard of it. Just watched the pilot, then told my whole family (three daughters) they would love it too.

I know Aasif was promoting a show, but I'd LOVE to see past hosts come back and reminisce for a while. Rob Riggle, Steve Carell, Jason Jones, Ed Helms, Al Madrigal, Jessica Williams, Rob Corddry, ...

Amazing to think that he actually played Commander Zhao in The Last Airbender😁

I loved the show 'Evil' and then it went from the airwaves to streaming and I never saw it again. Too many streaming services out there. That has happened to several shows I watched.
