Actually Rodgers probably reached the decision that he was done with the Packers immediately after the NFC Championship game.

Quarterbacks study countless hours of film. It's clear Rodgers held Alex in very high esteem, and brought his respect to the show as guest host. Bravo Aaron.

@Monk Farmer LaFleur's decision to kick a field goal doesn't make any sense, even if Rodgers was playing poorly on that drive. After kicking the field goal, GB needed a touchdown anyways, but gave Brady the ball back with under 2 minutes to go. They for sure lost if they kicked the field goal, but might be able to get a TD and get back into field goal range if they didn't kick it.

You can tell he's really happy to do this. He did a very good job, glad he can laugh at himself a bit. excited to see what other great moments he will have

That's really the only issue I had with Aaron: his voice, maybe its just me but he seemed a bit monotone at times, but maybe there were some nerves there and in time he'll be fine.

I've always liked Aaron Rodgers as a person. I've just never liked him being on the Packers, because it basically means at least one game a year is a guaranteed loss for the Bears lol Only time we've ever beaten the Packers in recent years is when Rodgers was hurt.

imo i think it was stage. probably told them if they didnt know to write that. but that made me laugh. tbh this was first time i watched this show. i saw clips here and there since youtube and other social media stuff became a norm. but i never laughed so hard at a 80 year show before.

Aaron Rodgers is EXCELLENT as the Jeopardy host. The producers would be smart to offer him the job full time.

nervous? doubtful. anxious? maybe. obviously he was already on the show as a contestant and won. has watched the show his whole life. studied countless hours of how alex conducted the show and wanted to emulate that but bring in his own little twist as well. he plays football in front of millions of eyeballs 16+ weeks every year, including winning the biggest game on television (the super bowl)..so i wouldn't go so far as him being nervous...a mix between excited and anxious.

I knew right away that the correct response was "Who is Mr. Rogers?" For me, it ranks as the best moment in Emmy history. Also, love how savage some of these contestants are.

The producers made it happen...a final jepordy question for Day 1 of Aaron Rogers' hosting where the answer is having the same last name as the host! Well done! Fred Rogers to Aaron...makes me smile that they worked that in.

It's been quite a treat seeing Aaron host the show. I enjoyed watching him on the field (not a Packers fan but appreciate a good QB) and love him on Jeopardy.

That took some stones to troll Rodgers in person like that. "...And congrats on your two-day win streak." Touché.

I think Aaron should take over on Jeopardy full time. I'm not a Packers fan but I think he did a really wonderful job.

Buddy of mine who's a Packers fan (the friend is from Iowa) told me way back in 2011 that Rodgers was known for being a huge Jeopardy fan. He would watch while working out (on a very regular basis) and yell out the answers before the contestants, usually getilting them right. He would also go to local places in Green Bay and sing while his center played guitar. These are the stories he told me. Also I am a Bears fan. Much respect to Aaron Rodgers.

My favorite part of the episode is when they would ask for “but” for 800

I’m glad the audience got that joke. Imagine how awkward it would have been had it fallen flat.

I loved watching the show with Alex Trebek. I would absolutely continue watching it with Aaron Rodgers as the host.

I love Aaron Rogers for his many contributions to those in need. He has style, grace, dignity, a caring, & great sense of humor. The best example of how everyone should be, providing us with all the tools of not just living but surviving with grace. I am female & entering silver stage but the movie "Summer of 69" my fav.🤗 Been watching this "ALL TIME BEST QUARTERBACK" !! for many years. (grew up watching football with dad & brother) Thank you Aaron for sharing your incredible gifts that surely inspire many. Congratulations on engagement.
