That is brilliant. Occasionally they bring out the old cars, it is such a sight… I always start hearing Murry Walkers voice when I see them.
Excellent advice along with super photos. Thank you.

Glad it was helpful!
Your unusual presentation is very interesting. Thank you for providing a different perspective. As a Max fan, we are looking forward to an exciting weekend where we will be rewarded with a Max / Checo race finish with Alonzo snapping at Checo's heals. 😍😊

That is very likely to happen. Aston should be better this race. They have a new front wing.
Great info ! Fabulous photos!!❤❤

Glad you liked it
Public transport to and from Zandvoort is amazing. The last two years, there would be a train departing every 5-10 minutes. With extra-long trains. Hopefully, it will be just as good this year. Although flares have always been banned, security will be even more vigilant this year. I hope it will reduce the amount of orange smoke. A little bit is fun, but it's become too extreme.

It’s cool if the flares go off at the end of the sessions. It does add atmosphere but it can make driving super dangerous when the cars are going for it.

@@MichaelPottsF1 - The problem with Zandvoort is, that the dunes are usually very dry during this part of the year. Which causes fire hazards. There was a small fire last year. Fortunately, some of the fans in front of it, managed the throw sand on the fire before the marshalls arrived on the scene. As long as they keep the flare in their hand until it is completely extinguished, it can be okay. But there are people that throw it down before that.

I think the orange smoke is pretty cool actually
I love the old photos Michael. My father was involved in Operation Market Garden during the war. I'm hoping that I can get my kids to Arnhem in September next year. I'm going to have to pass on the GP though. The orange smoke is not for me. Beautiful sunset. 🙂🇨🇦

What an incredible operation to be involved in. We all owe him a debt of gratitude.
I avoid events because of the inflated prices of hotels. Even if it is for an event that interests me! Thank you for the video. Spectacular images! Thank you for the video!

I think that hotel is a bit cheeky. You would be very disappointed if you paid that amount. I went inside yesterday and yes you do have a free mini bar, but it is very basic.
Amazing photos Michael! Just a small thing, the esses in audio are really pronounced (In the first part of the video mainly). If you are using premiere pro's noise reduction tool, try reducing the intensity, should help a lot. Once again, thank you so much for the amazing content and information!

@@MichaelPottsF1 Thank you! Yes, it's very special, I saw my first Zandvoort GP when I was 5 yrs old in 1969!! Been in love with it since then!
Where do you think the best ga places are?

So many good options, if you are there for all 3 days try different spots. I would go for turns 2 or 3 for the race, Turn 8 and 9 for practice and if you can - I am not sure if it is possible turn 13 for qualifying.
I was planning on going this year but have been informed by the circuit that absolutely no cameras are allowed especially ones with detachable lenses ):

That is really sad. If F1 was clever, they would sell enthusiast photographers tickets, have a few safe viewing platforms around the track where people can go and shoot from. You would get better shots and the general fans won’t be bothered by a photographer. Not that I’ve ever heard anyone complain before.

@@MichaelPottsF1 its definitely a shame because spectators can't sell or make money from the photos anyways, I was also on a waiting list for the Qatar Grand prix this year and they have also banned all cameras including GoPros, in 2021 they didn't care about my 600mm
You’re Dutch? You’ve nailed the British accent if your Dutch.

Not Dutch, but I’ve lived in Amsterdam for years.
Strange to call it your home grand prix if you cannot pronounce "bocht".

If you think that pronunciation is strange, you should hear the rest of my Dutch, it is down right bizzar - no one understands me :D
