Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside Perfect Nigerian Buns recipe for commercial production.
Materials:
Mixing bowls: any sizeable bowl you have.
Sieve and Colander
Slotted Spoon
Plates
Measuring Cups and Spoons
Ingredients:
15 level cups APF
2 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp nutmeg
2 tsp salt
1 heaped cup sugar
1 tbsp yeast
1 sachet (250g) margarine/butter
1 tbsp flavor of your choice
4 cups (1 litre) water
75ml vegetable oil or more if using a large pot.

Thanks for the video, i just came across it now and I love it but i need you to put me through on this... Whenever i don't finish selling it becomes somehow strong and tough by the next day. How can I help this so i can sell it the next day.

Refrigerate or freeze the leftover. Then, thaw and fry again or microwave it the next day.

That is because it is a commercial recipe. It stays crunchy for two days. But the shelf life is 7 days.

You can store it in the refrigerator to maintain its freshness. But if you don't have access to one, you can just store in a dry container (covered). But it won't be so fresh anymore.

It depends on your location, packaging, client base and most importantly production cost. I sell between 100 to 200 naira depending on size and packaging.

Once it is properly risen, the exterior will toughen a bit and become less sticky to touch. Leaving it to proof for too long, will destroy the gluten structure.

It depends on what you want, the cost of production, your location and your social capital. Generally, commercial buns of those sizes in my video go for 100 naira each. So, do your costing and fix a price for yours.

I don't weigh them. Remember, the aim is to be able to recreate this recipes with the simplest utensils in your home.
I noticed you wrote 2tsp of salt in tge description box but said 1tsp during the process. You also said 3cups of water but wrote 4. Kindly correct that as some people take less time to listen to narrations

It's the same as this. All you have to do, is divide the ingredient measurements into two equal parts and use one.
