Some great ideas, here. Should definitely try t make my own pesto. Vegan pesto is so expensive where I am and it's far too salty for my liking.

I said something to another vegan who wants to own a restaurant, and I think we all do want to own one to be honest... idk. Imagine starting a business thats one of the most likely to fail and having to pay your workers less than they deserve....this is the problem with each individual wanting to have their own business. In a capitalist society. If our needs our met by the state, anything we produce in excess can be towards our individual dreams. Imagine if small restaurant businesses had a subsidized guarantee up to a certain amount of money and if it fails then thats it. Sorry really deep thought, feel free to point out my inconsistencies.

I definitely don’t ever really want to open a restaurant 😋 but sometimes the food is so good I’m like ufffff this needs to be shared. 100% see your point and wish we didn’t live in this capitalist hellscape
