    My Current Story is that I am learning to Breathe. Since about age 14 until recently I suffered from frozen fears that manifested as states of sever depression. When I was about 49 years old, I was transported (in my mind) from a deep state of deep depression to my mother's womb. The depression disappeared and I felt cozy and warm. Then I saw a cave and in that cave I saw the scariest and ugliest monster. The instant I saw the monster I was transported to heaven. I sang songs of gratitude to God (Hallelujahs) for 15 minutes. The meaning of this experience clarified gradually. My mother to whom I was connected with the umbilical cord, was in a state of frozen fear and depression and did not respond to my calls for love (as an embryo). Lately I discovered the Presence Process and it is helping me immensely. This is my current story.

    It all starts with the separation of thinking and awareness, when you are not aware, you mistake all your thinking and emotions to be who you are ('you' which is beyond form completely identified with forms) when shifts happen within you, you recognise yourself as Spacious Stillness where all thinking and emotions arise, You are AWAKE from dream of forms.😊

    Michael has published a "Revised Edition" in 2018 - and it is really good. It has been revised a lot and is quite an improvement. This process is really effective and having done it, I find I have changed significantly and have become far less reactive and defensive! Also feel much less restless with the urge that I must do something in case something "bad" will happen! I find myself doing tasks that previously I would procrastinate over. This is a very good first outcome. There are more layers of changes to discover. This process is invaluable if you are willing to open yourself up to a new way of being with yourself and the perceptual tools you learn will always be there for you when you need them.

    Stepping into the present Thoughts and emotions do not coexist. Focus on the small sounds that are surrounding you right now. Recognize the feeling of your hand against this screen. Even though these are all existent sensations, we do not live our daily lives lost in thoughts and emotions. Using all your five senses, concentrate on what is happening in the present moment. if people are toxic and that’s supposedly “the real world” to work with, I have zero obligation to subject myself to unconscious people because it will force me to grow. I can and will certainly use what I learn from them by making healthy boundaries and grow from that, and whatever else triggers need be addressed- but to say it’s healthy to subject myself to what’s “real” because it will keep me growing, I am not a masochist and don’t believe I deserve to be in the presence of mean people. Yes I get it they are triggering something I must need to work on, but sticking around them won’t help me. Maybe I can get to a non reactive place where I see them as wounded people, but I still have no obligation to stick around them for the sake of growing.

  • @RikKey69

    @RikKey69

    no one is asking you to "stick around" people (messengers); Brown is asking that you simply pay attention to what these messengers stir up in you for this is your issue that you actually have control over. This is about changing ourselves, not others and you choose to do as much or little as you are ready to do. Keep learning!

  • @LTTPUK

    @LTTPUK

    Plus, often there's no way of predicting in advance who's going to be "mean" to you when they feel threatened. You could have a friendship with someone for years before discovering their "dark" side. Also, people often treat us according to what we're broadcasting in to the field. So, if you're broadcasting "I don't feel safe, people will be mean to me" then that's probably what you'll experience as everyone and everything is a mirror of how we feel and think inside. I certainly noticed that once I started standing up for myself more and believing in myself that most people, most of the time stopped saying unkind things or bullying me.

    It is natural that the "son" go beyond the "father." To compare is old thinking, not effective. There had to be an Ekhart before a Michael because there is. I agree with the comment above. Can one re-enact a childhood situation as to how they wish it would have been rather than how it was? I am a caretaker and protector, I don’t want to see anyone abused or hurt. But that would be re-enacting a trauma it would be trying to resolve it in another way in a different space and time. So would I still attract abusive people if I see it in myself to be a protector of people who are abused? Is that the same as re-enacting trauma by making yourself the antagonist having a different outcome rather than abuse, protecting someone from it? Am I making sense? Thank you

    I know Michael says when you have issues with family members it’s really issues we have from our past or from within. What if you actually need emotional support due to say a special needs child and no one in a family is any support for you. Being your own support is incredibly hard. Knowing that you can’t change others to be what you need or wish, how do you come to terms when there is no emotional support in a family? I’ll have to listen to the rest of his stuff. It’s quite impossible to be your own “ team” of support, and I suppose the only thing in a pathologically Ill society with sick families who are not supportive , is that people turn to mental health systems, doctors,psychiatrists and how can that possibly take the place of a loving warm family? Aside from finding the support you need from within your own soul. Which is of course imperative

    What message, for a example, is the universe trying to bring to the attention of a child who is abused? Would you imply it's not the messenger who should be "shot", but simply the child who, needs to "access information from the encounter"? I would argue that sometimes, bad people (unconscious people), "attack" innocent people, and that these attacks are not isolated to childhood but also occur throughout adulthood at no fault of our own, at which point, "fear, anger and grief" then manifest. Not that the negative emotions were "there already" so you "deserved the messenger to bring up the emotions", basically. It's this kind of thinking that justifies fucked up people to carry on with their fucked up ideas.

    Of course some experiences are actually scary, maddening, or sad. No one is saying that a neglected infant who's scared of being abandoned is just feeling unintegrated feelings and that the neglectful parent is just the messenger. Fear, anger, and grief are natural and healthy responses to certain situations. It's when they're not fully felt in the moment that they are unintegrated and stick around, waiting for a messenger to remind us to feel them.

So it's not about the messenger that universe have, atleast for me, but about experience that will come because the trauma or abuse.

Couldn't you have released three of these with better sound and more breathing room? It's much needed and included in his other interviews /dialogues. Nevertheless I agree with the other comments on it's merit.

    We habe first to show compassion to ourselves, to love ourselves and let the messenger with the same compassion go as well as feel gratitude for what the messenger brought to us as a message. The worst thing we do in this world - in the matter - is to permanently accuse others for what they "have done to us" ignoring that we had an agreement when we incarnated to be with those people in order to experience what we had to experience to grow in consciousness. It is just beautifully orchestrated.

    You're right. Something is strange about the pacing of this recording. I've watched other videos of Michael speaking, and they're not nearly as rushed as this one sounds.

    Boy so much blabbing. 4h both parts. Like many gurus he talks and talks and talks, defines new mystical terms eg. vibrational, rarely saying anything that can be of value (but it's already known anyways). I'd ask the author, So what? what are you trying to say? 4h is lots of time. You have to say something. Blabbing is of no value. I went through his book, etc. Same thing. What you are saying is already known unless like your stupid 7 year cycle. Where did you find it true?
