Honestly, thank you so much for talking about how to cope with people seeing scars in public. Its always been a really tricky thing for me as i often get torn between getting too shy or awkward to tell someone that it makes me feel uncomfortable, but then also feeling like i do want to protect myself/stand up for myself by questioning why they would judge me for my scars if that makes sense

you’re such an inspiration millie, thank you for all that you do, you were part of the reason i started recovery, thank you so so much

Thank you so so much for your honesty with ur viewers . It’s always a tough one between being ‘kind’ and hiding things and being honest (ur always kind on here but I know what I mean!) . However I think when it comes to mental health it’s best to be honest when ur struggling instead of hiding/ pretending everything is fine because people pretending to be ok and deteriorating can be REALLY damaging to viewers ♥️ so thank you again

Thank you soooo much for talking about atypical anorexia! I am diagnosed as well with it, which I find so problematic. Like what the heck? This diagnosis gives people the feeling of not being sick enough, when they already feel like it. And bmi is bullsh*t!! It doesn’t say anything about your mental state. And why is there a „not underweight enough“ for having anorexia?! Why are these seperated? Anorexia is anorexia and in order to recover you need to do the exact same thing.

the teacher assessed exam grades, even with special considerations, were specific to the covid era. if you don’t sit any now you will not get your grades, with special consideration you will get a small percentage of increase but if you don’t sit any that increase will not make a whole lot of difference. we were just lucky to have our shit going on during covid tbh

Your amazing I found you after watching a story of a young girl 8 called Dana she'll be 11 now and she had anorexia if that's spelt right, it actually sounds so scary 😳 like.i don't want to die but I have BPD PTSD anxiety sepression panic attacks etc im fat my body is vile I was size 10 to 12 before lock down a hit..... Then my Dr put me on steroids because I have 2 lung/conditions a heart condition which my DR don't seem to care about it... Forgot to say im 37 size 18/20 which is disgusting but having binge eating disorder and anorexia and which is me it doesn't make any sense and my mental health worker have discharged me like wtf never mind I wish I had the will power to get this weight off me..... By the way I hope you dontind me saying this but your stunning your hair is beautiful how old are you? xxxxx
