before anyone gets angry, this ISNT everything I ate on this day, I didn't film snacks etc because I was eating a lot on-the-go and I was too tired and gave up after I got home and had dinner!! so pls don't compare what u see me eat in this video to how much u eat in a day because its not a fair comparison! xxxx

this video is not a full day of eating. I am trying to eat intuitively and honour my hunger, so I am constantly snacking and it would be impossible (and also disordered) to film absolutely every little thing I ate.
like with any what I eat in a day style video, please don't compare yourself to me... im not longer experiencing extreme hunger, but when I was I was eating a LOT more than this!
also, I am weight restored now, and by listening to my hunger signals I am naturally maintaining my weight. every body is different, we all require different amounts of food, and we all have a different 'happy weight' love u guys xxx
