25000 might seems alot..but it is pretty common price...and it will increase the value of the house and make it easier to sell if you are going to move in the future also i do not think you will regret it.

I payed half of that for fiber in a small village outside Uppsala. How is the energy prices effect you?

Up in the north the energy prices are more stable and reasonable, though still rising.
