Yes, 2 staff complained about Meghans "Expenses" and were suddenly no longer employed!!! Bring back William, Catherine and Mike Tindal days, where they just wore the Invictus T-Shirts with jeans and got down and played the sports with the Vets, and it was about them, and the money went to their needs, rehab, etc!!! Since Will and Catherine are too busy, I think Mike Tindall and Zara should be head of Invictus Games, they are Royals, Olympians/Sports people and do a better job than H&M!

Because of NDAs we may not hear about the abuse/bullying they may have endured.

People leave jobs, not because of the work, but because of the leadership. I once lead a department of 140 people and had zero turnover during my tenure. My replacement had 50 percent turnover. Same corporation. Same department. Same work. Different leader. The Archwell staff is leaving because MM and PH are poor leaders.

Karma is hitting them in their butts and it seems a little here there and in between however it's hitting still... 🇱🇷

If any of their staff/employees have any common sense and self respect, they would want to quickly and surely distance themselves as far away from these newest scandals as possible; waiting for a full investigation to be completed would be career demise for all of them. Even small-brained rats bail when the ship is sinking and the employees and higher staff members aren't small-brained, but highly skilled, intelligent people, but their reputations in their respective fields could certainly be trashed overnight if they remain loyal to a disgraced cause with disgraceful superiors. Employee turnover isn't anything new, but in these numbers, it is evident the writing has been on the wall long enough for them all to take note, make plans, and exit.

Oh no.. poor poor Princess Henri.. She was such a compassionate princess, so authentic and so relatable to those around her, always ready to hug.. Yet all the staff did was gang up on her and bully her, taking advantage of her compassionate nature by leaving her royal court one by one..
