Great lesson. Trying to find happiness from materials or the approval of others makes us a prisoner. In a world with so much division and chaos, worrying and ruminating is common. But all we truly have control over is the present moment. Appreciate the present.

​@Infamous I am the victim of the same. But I am trying to break free from this. I have been following a morning routine, tried to get in touch and start my day with Krishna bhakti. And also trying to tackle negative thoughts. I think I have clinical depression and anxiety according to multiple tests I took online. I think the key to becoming a high value man and stop self doubt, increase self esteem and confidence is to be like someone you would admire. But take the change slow beacsye when you try to change a habit you will fail multiple times but you have to try again n again. The problem with you is you don't have discipline but you work on motivation that's why you feel good after such videos and then it's the same back again. You(humans) are not creatures of logic but vices, prejudices and emotions. Motivation is emotion which is temporary and won't last long. Discipline builds habit which is permanent and automatic. That will bring real change in your life.

This is true. Because..the same has happened to me. I went through anxiety and then I discovered myself being powerful to cope with anything, in my own ways than listening to and getting influenced by the outer world. My anxiety was the best thing occured to me !

Sounds like my journey. 🥺💕 It took me one and half year to go to through the whole process 💕🥰 But I am very very blissful now ♥️ even though there's a lot to life that I wish to see and go through I am now very content and strong enough to know I am protected and willcmake it through.
