Well. Today I kind of felt like a chicken running around but but I'm determined to learn and to grow. I let some negativity creep in which then clouded my judgment. I felt a lot of hate in certain places today. But I had to push that aside like I was. But you know our internal dialogue shapes are external reality.

I asked my wife if we could do it. She said no, but I didn’t take no for an answer and refused to be turned down by her rejection. I sat silent and stared at a wall until she said yes. Thank you stoicism!

This really makes me 2nd guess my marriage. If I’m motivated to be a good person , wife & mother, shouldn’t we both be together in that? Oh the way of relationships. It can be a struggle. What should be a partnership is more often a battlefield. 🤔

When first finding these videos i was crying,these videos helping my life,one day i was ill while listening to a video,had idea,i boiled the kettle ,put hot water into a cup mixed with salt,cooled for moment,then swishing it in my mouth,then spitting it out,2 cups of it,just like using mouth wash,within an hour or so i was feeling much better better

That is so powerful. I have started a journal and I meditate mindfulness before I go to bed and before I get out. Many thanks

Compassion is the truth, like it or not. That is your opinion... everyone is entitled to their own opinions. As is with or without that. Thinking! I would like to talk to the person first. Make opinion next. As that is a better way to judge another being.

At first I thought I needed to change the direction in focus I first set out to do. Thank you all for your input. fundamentally Things I first set out to do. That drives me has to remain the same. This is who I am. In the coming days and weeks months. Yes, I will strive. The stoic way of life is definitely a life worth striving for. And I thank the gods for giving me a second chance. And all the unseen moves that got me here..
