I've noticed that not only mindset is important, but also physical health. Make changes in both sides. Physically and mentally. Make yourself strong and independent.

When we can find good in other people life is beautiful

When you face the way of struggle don't give up , you can be your best friend and a worst enemy at the same tims

Before you can love other people you can love yourself.

Some times people do not wish you well

You are the one who can speak up for yourself.

It’s finding the proper forgiveness that’s challenging. The forgiveness should have an added value to you. It must have real value or the forgiveness is valueless and pointless.

If someone tries you to bring you down it just means that you are better than them.
