Something he very much needed, I think he was near to breaking due to his own inadequacies as a MAN. I am not sure he is happy with his situation.

I so felt the dad on the whole thing about people coming around and experiencing that temporary change of pace. Like I get it. The playroom I just wow. Backyard... beautiful.

This particular designer is just a star.. He's great at this and so delighteful and cheerful 💕⭐👏

High quality went into this redo, best woods, not hazard MDF nor particle board, nor wafer board that give respiratory problems. Fantastic colors of paint. Cheerful. Like sofa cushion pillows. Even the door was of high quality. Lots of storage units so needed for a garage. A bonus, adding a TV. Having insulation and new drywall. Could have added heat and ac there for year comfort. Yard was nicer, but I do not care for metal or steel items. Took the mold away much healthier. Excellently done. Family was Happy!

Wow! That’s a lot of colour!!! Busy....but that’s what Tyler does. Great idea with chalk walls with kids.

Reusable cloth bags at Bobby B! I love it!! this is a Dad that loves being with his kids. They all look so happy with the makeover. I'm sure it will make their lives a whole lot more fun and work better for their entire family. Great rescue Team George. Tyler, I love your flair; absolute beautiful

Tammy M Dad is sanguine and needs to make time for being with other adults periodically. Staying at home doesn’t need to feel like isolation or punishment. Go for a bike ride or to the gym. Sorry but three little ones is no joke. Gotta preserve individuality for his own mental health 😃👌. My personal opinion. How’d they fix the odor?

We all need a rescue, we just don't realize it, until he shows up. God is the O.G. of rescue. He saved me a very long time ago. I am forever thankful, a forever in his debt! 🥰

I love the color! The children will be inspired. Bright color is very stimulating as the dark wall is calming. A lovely contrast.

The walls are actually chalkboards for the kids to write and draw on. Hence the dark colour.

Circular motions to remove posts. A multi color room is hard to concentrate in.

Lovely looking house, obviously not large enough for a family of 5, one who needs a workspace to fulfill his own dream. Time and resources are the challenges for many families. Not sure if I'd want to solve the space issue before becoming pregnant, or just go for it because another child may never happen if you wait until most challenges are taken care of, especially with one parent taking on unpaid experience of being a stay-at-home parent.

I presumed that this designer is a Filipino American citizen. The way he interacted, the way he speak and the way he moves, very Filipino.

She’s pregnant and working full time and he’s a stay at home dad. When the kids are away at school why hasn’t he started to do things around the house to made it better?

Wonder if the owners get to pick colors and give ideas what they like?

Looks great tho too bad the landscapers didn't shape & trim hedges on side & front of house for looks so unruly

I'm not sure I care for this design... there doesn't seem to be a design but more of a hodge podge of patterns and colors... it makes me feel nauseous and there is no concurrency with their home. Also, it's more of a kids space than the dad's space that he lost. Love the yard work!

Seriously! I was thinking the same thing! Maybe that's why the dad is the stay-at-home parent. Maybe he's more nurturing. I've never seen a mother hold a baby like that.

This is ridiculous… I was a single mom working my rear off everyday. I never expected anyone to come remodel my house… maybe stop having kids and get a real job????? I really appreciate your show for REALLy needy families . But not for this bs

What the actual. I LOVE this show and have been catching up on it, and loved that Bobby Berk was in it, but this is by far the worst design I have ever seen - and I've been watching a lot of design shows. It was dark, stark, unwelcoming, and just plain ugly. I hope the homeowners actually liked it as much as they seemed to, because there is no way I could've faked that kind of enthusiasm.

It's really a big effort, but I don't think black color are appropriate

So why was the last shot of this video the front porch and front of the house that WASN'T TOUCHED? It looked horrible!!! The decor in the garage was hideous! Dark, busy, chaotic, depressing. Gross!

Love this show but yet another white middle class family being helped. Why don’t they ever (or hardly ever) help POC or lower income people???!!!
