I think she made a mistake! Larry didn't look at her when he was talking and he seemed more concerned with letting the audience know how important he was!! He also didn't have much down time, so good luck getting any attention from him!! Brent would have been more fun, but I think Richard would have been the best boyfriend or companion. He seemed down to earth, normal and he listened to Barbara and talked to her, not the audience!! Sorry Barbara, Larry just seemed too full of himself!!

yeah absolutely I’ve been married for 32years I was 24 and she was 20. She got cancer in 2020 I was totally lost without her. She took a major hit the treatment was horrible for her. I could do nothing to change any thing so I felt helpless.. I miss her everyday. Mothers are the glue that holds everyone together. seeing this makes me miss her even more 🥺

All 3 gentlemen are amazing but Larry stands out a bit for me. Good choice Barbara. Wish them a happy life forever.

I agree. Such a beautiful lady. Larry would be my choice too. He's very laid back, handsome, accomplished, not chasing wealth, served his community well and teaching through his writing. Brent has a lot of energy. Richard is still chasing paper.

I’m 73 years old and I’m happy to be single. I do whatever I want without getting criticized. It’s hard to find a funny and independent man. Most older men expect you to cook and clean and organize everything. That’s my experience. Never again. Now I’m learning Portugese and read classical literature with a group of international people of all ages. Always stay curious. Don’t let anybody slow you down. I love stand-up comedy. My dog Missy is my best companion.

In my late twenties I met someone she’s truly a gifted and amazing woman she said to me Dang you have to make yourself happy afterwards I have tried and tried and I came to be a happy person, one more thing I was brought up to respectfully to others…! I have met quite a few ladies ( widows) they all said the same things..! Old men ( haha I called others OLD..! lol ) like to have someone taking care of them. This reminds me of my Grandmother my Grandfather her husband passed in 2003 when I was pretty young so I never got to know him on a personal level. But growing up throughout my childhood that I can remember my Grandmother was in her late 80s and lived in a retirement community but was always with this man always denied being in a relationship but it was quite obvious that they had a fling going on but he would come over before dinner with her have cocktails then eat dinner together would hang out at her apartment he sometimes did shopping and errands for her and this man was in his 90s WW2 vet Mr. Walt Rozett I get when people are older it is more of a companionship my Grandmother always seemed to downgrade him ignore when family was around almost like she was embarrassed about him but when I’d call as a kid growing up to check in and he was in the apartment I’d talk with my Grandmother and then always be sure to talk to Walt definitely a Grandfather figure and a good role model one of my biggest role models was Walt when I was growing up nothing but class and a very good man a blessing he was in my Grandmothers life “dating” who knows what the label was but I am glad I got to know him I remember him to this day both have passed now but similar situation given the age but my Grandmother and Walt seemed happy in their relationship even in the very old years. Wishing them nothing but the best, God Bless. ✝️🙏

She picked Larry because Richard was too young, Brent too much of a "jester". Larry didn't look her in the eyes when he talked and he only talked about his achievements, not sure he is the right one for her BUT I guess Barbara felt lonely for some while now, so she chose to go for the "lesser evil", as sad as this may sound. Truth to be told: I actually thought she wouldn't choose any of them.

When Larry was answering Barbara's questions he never looked at her. He only looked at the audience, like he was trying to impress the audience and was to absorbed in himself. I hope he isn't like this in daily life, needing everyone's attention and ignoring his significant other.
