Anytime I make a veggie stir fry, I always use bacon fat instead of oil.

I never start my bacon in a cold pan. Because my stove sucks. I need heat to make part of it crunchy and part of it chewy. Otherwise, part is raw, and part burned. Not judging anyone, just explaining,.
