Thank you for sharing your story!! I walked a very similar road as you and am on the other side of it now. The shift for me also was being kind to yourself and allowing that rest (guilt free). I stopped trying to fix it and let it be. That was harder to do when you are in those bad moments, but having good support helps tremendously. Keep believing in the process, because you are healing. These videos are so helpful! 💗

I recovered from Long Covid by taking a 1/4 tsp of Celtic salt 3x/day along with plenty of water, methylated B vitamins, plenty of B12, vitamin C, a very good multi vitamin and Glutathione 3x/day. Seriphos greatly helped with the overwhelming anxiety. I took 2-3 capsules of Seriphos anytime I was anxious and it also helped me to sleep. Low histamine diet to decrease inflammation was crucial for my recovery. If you have Long Covid, stay positive. Recovery is possible!! 😊

The money spent on supplements is ridiculous. Haven’t tried the cold shower yet.. it would be full body painful.. and can’t tolerate much more of being uncomfortable in my own skin for two years

Wow! What a journey, Karen! Well done on your improvements to date. I can relate to the driving when so fatigued. I haven't driven for 2 years because of it, I just don't trust myself. My youngest child was 6 when I got sick. It's amazing how you're managing as a single Mum. My Functional and Intergrative MD doesn't want to give me a label either. She said it can be dangerous when you go into hospital with another health issue, already having a CFS diagnosis, the hospital staff can just be put everything down to CFS and you may not get the treatment you need. Having an identity crisis is so relatable too. I really appreciate you sharing your story. All the best to you. Thanks Raelan! 💛🧡💜

Wow, wow, WOW. Karen, Thank you for giving me hope. I have been ‘herx-ing’ from almost every supplement and medication I put in my body. Have spent more money on supplements in the past 3.5 years than I’ve ever spent on myself. Lost my job in 2021 but will try anything to get well. It just listened to you tell my story. I do not have a child but I do have an 86 year old Dad with Alzheimer’s and the guilt that we put on ourselves… And the doctors that keep telling us to power through and exercise when we can barely shower and feed ourselves. You made me feel like I can let go of some guilt, focus on myself a little and grab a trash bag for my cabinet full of useless supplements. Please tell me the link for the free brain training as I can not afford the classes which I’m sure are worth every penny! Much ❤ to you ladies for this video and all the others and to all of you out there struggling! This too shall pass. 🙏

Thank you, Karen for sharing your story. A lot of it was like hearing myself talk. Although my many symptoms are from C19 vaccine injury and not LC, there are so so many similarities. One of the things that helped / helps me with the anxiety, depression and insomnia is a podcast I found: "Calming Anxiety Martin Hewlett Hypnotherapy". Meditation, sleep and avoiding stress (if possible) does help. It took me awhile to fully acknowledge and grasp that mindset is important also. Sending good vibes to you.
