Hi everyone! Today I offer you 2 delicious and quick pasta recipes.
RECIPE N1
Delicious Sicilian pasta with pine nuts and raisins is a very quick first course to prepare. A perfect dish for lunch or dinner, especially when you have little time to cook. With very few ingredients and in a few minutes, you can make an amazing pasta! Try it and I'm sure you will like it!
Ingredients:
- 250 g of wholemeal spaghetti pasta
- 30 g (1 oz) pine nuts
- 1 tablespoon of raisins
- 25 g (1 oz) of anchovies
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- Breadcrumbs to taste
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
RECIPE N2
I prepare it whenever I don't have time, but I want something delicious. If you find yourself in the same situation, this amazing pasta is perfect for you! Linguine with butter, anchovies, basil and pistachios can be prepared in a few minutes but have a unique and fabulous flavour! You will eat better than in a restaurant! You can make this pasta for lunch or dinner and the whole family will be happy! Try this tasty recipe for pasta with butter, anchovies, pistachios and basil and I'm sure it will surprise you!!!
Ingredients:
- Olive oil
- 50 g of butter + 10 g at the end of cooking
- 1 clove of garlic
- Basil
- 10-12 anchovy fillets
- 50 g of pistachios
- Zest of half a lemon
- 380 g of pasta (linguine)
- Salt, pepper, chili pepper

Sei molto bravo. La prima pasta che hai cucinato io la conosco molto bene , me la preparava sempre mia nonna❤, Noi a Palermo la chiamiamo pasta c'anciova . L'unica cosa diversa dalla ricetta di mia nonna e' anziché l'aglio lei utilizzava la cipolla .

The second one is the one my nonna from Trapani made, but she had toasted breadcrumbs in her version. It also works with sardines.
2nd recipe is kinda simple but brilliant, i expected lemon in the end to give it the fresh note it needs with the anchovies and creamy and heavy butter
