A shaman's conversation with the spirits | MONGOLIA
Today, Gan Zorig invokes the ancestral spirits. They will protect his son and guide him in this remote and dangerous region haunted by spirits and the Badak Shan.
Gan Zorig's whistling sounds imitate the wind, because the spirits of the ancestors travel on gusts of wind. The first ancestor-spirit arrives speaking through Gan Zorig's quavering voice. Qizilol's ancestor spirits are now gathered around him. The spirits fly back to their dark heavens, riding on the wind.
Tsaatan shamans directly enter trances. They do not need any psychotropic substances to trigger hallucinations and deliriums. They burn juniper in an incense burner. It delights the smell-eating spirits and purifies humans. It also protects animals. It confers magical powers to the lasso.

@@Chuckcheeeagle okay we also stay true to our ancestors but we don't follow everything they did for instance we don't take our animals to the shamans everytime we get sick. And for the name my actual title is not Fisher but if we translate it into English it becomes Fisher and I really liked that when I was little so I wrote my KZread channel's name is that and only on KZread not in real life. And also my dad gave me that name Hannah and what's wrong in that ? and we still follow our culture but not everything because not everything about the past is good

@@a.hannahfisher I don’t know what’s wrong with u but we have doctors and university’s the shaman is mostly for spiritual things now keep yo religion to urself u whitewashed south Asian and enjoy a video about my religion tengrism we don’t need yo know it better attitude. Christianity already came to our people way back in the form of Nestorian church of east and it was horrible so don’t step on our toes "Hannah fisher" and just enjoy the video without being a bigot jelling about European religion some of the smartest people come from our republic we already put people in space so go back to your island and keep praying to the whiteman look even the Japanese are true to their religion and worlds smartest chess players scientists(a lot of the smartest people on the planet are listed from north Asian countries) are from there not everything bout the past is bad infact they were way ahead in some areas.. with globalization and living in Europe for 27 years i can see that.. u don’t know jack muslims respect Jesus more then u wannabe followers of Paul anyways u don’t see us under Christian videos spewing our tengrism..maybe u just too young to understand.(where u from anyways?..
