A Secret Fishing Spot

Finally got around to visiting a small, remote-ish, heavily vegetated pond in North Wales, which I came across on a walk a few years ago. Spotted from a distance on a sunny day, several fish but wasn't sure which species they were. Eventually after a bit of researching tracking owners etc, I spent an hour or so just trying it out primarily to discover what fish the water held.

Hi Sandra. The water was cold. Trout aren't warm water fish. They thrive in cold or deeper water which is heavily oxygenated. :)
