This new "Grinder PT" involves six simple bodyweight exercises:
4-count Jumping Jack
Air Squat
4-count Lunges
Push-ups
Navy SEAL sit-ups
4-count Flutter Kicks
The Grinder PT exercise regimen has three levels:
Beginners: perform 5 rounds of 20 of each exercise in the order shown (for the 4-count lunges, you will do only 10).
Intermediate: perform 7 rounds
Advanced: perform 10 rounds

He has 2 more workouts on here. I do one every other day and 2 running days then 2 days off

I think it depends on you and your physical condition. But u can do it everyday for sure. I make it as my morning short workout 3-4 times per week but mostly I limit it to 3 rounds, sometimes 5.

I do it everyday 3 times ,4 or 5 am then one at 12 and another at 5 pm

From what I've seen, no. You 'rest' while doing the next exercise.

Probably 3 to 5 deep breaths thur your nose..write down what round you just completed, .then start next round.

Try kick your rest short. But 30 seconds to 1 minute if you need it give it. Better than your form going shit.
How old is this? BURPEES werent invented yet?
