In all honesty for $16.99 in an acceptable condition, it is what it is.

i know this is over a year old but i decided to click on the ebay link to see if it was still up (which it wasn’t but i wasn’t expecting it to be either) because despite not even owning an original NES (yet) i totally would’ve bought it lol

I purchased the cartridge and the label had the balloon fighter covered in HYPER REALISTIC BLUDDD!!!!!!!!!11 ZOMG TOO SCARYYYY

i have heard stories about this sort of thing. allegedly it was a trick people used to do when trading / renting NES games. pop the screws out, swap boards, return to the store and keep the one you've rented. the fact that it's in a mario cart makes sense for that scenario, too. maybe someone just liked baloon fight a lot more than mario and wanted to switch em.

Yo just wanted to say, I got your Ms Pacman video in my recommendations today, and I've been watching your vids for a while now and I think you've got a great channel. If you keep making the long-form videos, it's gonna pay off big time. I know they're pretty high effort but you're quite good at making them. Take care mate!

@@joniivee Damn you're fast lol! I'm watching the Mario War one rn. I'm a sucker for the long videos. I'm just surprised this channel isn't bigger given the style and quality. It will be soon enough. It says you joined KZread a year ago. If you keep it up with videos like this, one of em is gonna pop up in the algorithm no doubt. Gonna have at least 30k by the end of next year, I've seen it happen for years!

Haha I happened to be up and got the notification on my phone! So far, Ms. Pac-Man and Monkey Ball Jr. have had the most algorithm luck but the channel's been growing at a fairly steady rate so here's hoping something else catches.

I am going to have trouble sleeping tonight after seeing this.

God it might be even scarier not even knowing it is what it is. Like just buying this on impulse, not even looking at the finer details, popping it in your 3-in-1 console thinger and you get Balloon Fight??? Oh the horror...

It's actually a completely different game, which claims to be Balloon Fight, inside of a Mario cartridge, that only works on the Famicom. You're not really Jonii.
