OH8STN,,,,if your going to get a detector a at pro max/gold ect are very good for land and fresh water the nox 600/800 are good value and if you want something special the ctx3030 there are loads of in betweens that are good to ,,, i have the atpro ctx and the xp deus and i do land and sea so thats my choice of detectors ,,, you have to get a detector '''you wont look back ''' be very patient for the first 10 hunts then you will love it , also its not all good finds it can be a bag trash to a couple of good finds, you have to do your research and you will find good stuff tell every body what you do and ask if you can detect there gardens /land ect ,, its so much fun and healthy , check my vids out see what you think thanks darren ,,,,,, kzread.info/dron/1rHeMU4Qe01uE0G3Qt_Aig.htmlvideos?view_as=subscriber

Congratulations on being number one on the best North Carolina beach award. I live near the Gower Coast in Wales and we are so proud of our award status. I wasn't to pleased to see that fisherman guy maltreating the baby shark though.

Oh yes, that ring definitely gave me a heart attack! Turned out the stone is moissenite, a man made diamond. Looks really impressive!

Hello Basia!On my T2SE 77 it is an aluminum tube from a bottle)A lead sinker shows 52-57)Soviet coins from nickel also 56-58)Shark's eyes are unusual.Wonderful ring!!!Great finds!

Unfortunately, it's only getting up to 50F and won't be warming up for at least a few weeks...ugh!

The shark and ring and exciting beach finds. I really like that jumping quarter. It seems world wide tourists are flocking to your beaches. It’s gonna be a treasure filled summer!

Hi Jason, always fun to get out there and you just don't know what you may see or find, always an adventure. The big talk in town of course is that USA Today Reader's Choice for Best NC Beach - Emerald Isle! The rentals on the island get booked way in advance as people come for their summer vacation from all over the world. Brand new hotel is being built now to accommodate more people!

Love the intro! Any day on the beach is a great day. I have been to atlantic beach and emerald isle last year and hope to make it this year. Mabye i will see you out metal detecting. I know i will be.

The ring is more than likely stainless steel treated with acid to turn it gold-ish in color or black. It rusts like that in salt water. Nice find! I love the jumper!

Your finds are always interesting. By the way, Clif and Matt have both bought metal detectors recentyl, so we're gonna ride out and see what kind of stuff we can find out here in the oil patch. :-)

Alright Tim, are you going to video their finds? When you go out there look for abandoned schools around playgrounds, football fields (bleachers area), etc. Don't forget a shovel for that dry, hard dirt! Next item for both of them is a pin pointer, it will find the smallest targets (and gold)! Waterproof pin pointer is the best way to go!

Yes, it's a shame to see trash in the oceans, rivers and lakes. Bad storms bring trash here as well but it all gets cleaned up quickly.

My machine takes one 9-volt battery, with the headset use it gives me 20-22 hrs.
