The predecessor of Ricoh watches was a company called "Takano Seimitsu". So the brand was also "Takano".

It will be almost impossible to find genuine parts for the watch. Finding a generic glass with the same diameter will be reasonable.
Please tell me what is the size of this dial

The dial size is about 29mm. The glass size is about 32.5mm and the case size is about 37mm.
