A rare and exclusive set | LEGO Overwatch Omnic Bastion 75987 REVIEW

Ойын-сауық

Here's another rare and exclusive LEGO Overwatch set
This is our review of the LEGO Overwatch set 75987 Omnic Bastion. A hard to find set that kicked off LEGO and Activisions complicated and relatively short lived LEGO Overwatch partnership in 2018. A limited amount of these went on sale as an exclusive item on the blizzard store as well as at 2018’s BlizzCon, but a surprising amount of these can still be found online if you know where to look.
It is a relatively small model that was (and still is) sold at a premium cost, but does the final product match the pricetag?

When you look at the finished build, my mind is like...no more than 80 pieces..but double that?? Crazy 😅❤ I'd like to find out from someone who works at LEGO and find out just how expensive it is to implement a print, vs going with stickers. Thanks for the review Joe! Few more weeks to the big LOTR review 🤞 let's goooo

I think apart from cost, prints add a lot of manufacturing complexity. I assume stickers are used because the designers get a budget before they start designing and they would rather use more bricks instead of pricey printed pieces
