Not embarrassing just an excuse. Like it was raining that day or I had my eyes checked so I couldn't think (brain missing), hear (ears clogged) or see(my eyes were closed). But come payday everything works!!! Now I'm embarrassed...they should stop calling it Law Enforcement and instead call it UnLawful Enforcement.

I don't understand why so many people are so amazed by this action? I'm 65 and it's been going on my whole life but the difference today is that it's being filmed. And it still took two weeks to get this person arrested??? And not because of the manager or the local police. It's nothing new..

For instance, in order to reduce crime statistics in the town I live, you have to physically go to the magistrate and press charges. The cops will get the persons information and give it to you, then you have to give it to the magistrate and endure the obnoxious repetition of "Are you sure this isn't a domestic dispute?" before they seek to arrest the person.

The family need to sue the restaurant , the police station, and the lady that slapped him.

She needs to go to prison for at least 2 years...one year for each slap. She should also have to pay him $10K for each slap and reimburse his parents for all legal fees.

I'm a police officer and I've never seen or heard of anything like that, that police department needs to be investigated.

Oh please, we have an officer that is a neighbor. His son broke into our house 5 times during the first 4 months after it was finished being built. Then the bastard broke into my pickup and had sex with his girlfriend. I know this bc his cum stain is on my front seat and she left her necklace behind. We have an apartment adjacent to our house and after coming home from an outing our dog had been locked in the apartment. I called the sheriff to report and he told me that he’s sure it’s the cops so after he saw the kids trucked parked across the road, bc that kid was a hell raiser bc his dad is a cop and he can do anything he wants. I confronted the cop and since then he’s given me nothing but problems. Last summer I was on my deck and looked up the hill and the cop was on his quad with his rifle pointed right at me. His youngest son now always kicks over our trash cans if I don’t bring them up to our house from the county road. This same little brat was in trouble at school for body slamming a girl that he didn’t like. Now this cop is a detective and an absolute asshole. My dad was a cop, as was my stepdad and our neighbor gives cops a bad name. I know one of their previous neighbors and when they moved to our area, the coos previous neighbors threw a party to celebrate after they moved.

I agree. It gives every police officer a bad name when there really are a huge percentage of good law enforcement people. An honest investigation would allow the bad ones to be identified and disciplined and then maybe this will not happen again. Am I dreaming?

Honey, they need to REDEEM their own name when EVERY DAY its becoming clear that it IS the norm that in many places the Police are nothing more than thugs with military-grade weaponry. Then if any of the good ones speak up, they are intimidated, threatened and forced out.

I'm a former deputy sheriff. Based on the independent witnesses AND video evidence there is PLENTY of evidence to at least arrest on the simple assault charge if the teen wanted to press charges.

I’m glad she was charged with assault. That manager should be fired, too.

I just don't understand people any more, I stay to myself and rarely go out.

Just imagine if the teenager had slapped her back! He would have been arrested at gun point for assault even though the cops didn't see it with their own eyes!

Thank goodness for his parents having the strength to stand up for their son. This woman’s racism and the institutional racism this minor was subjected to was terrible and I am sure there are examples of this happening where the kids’ parents don’t have the resources (financial, social, emotional, etc) to get the law to do its job.

Manager needs to be fired, parents need to sue the police for making up lies and being derelict in their jobs!

Sue Little Caesars because of the manager's actions or lack there of. It was his responsibility to oversee his staff and that means using ordinary actions to protect his co-workers. Calling the police and medics if necessary as well as his parents should have occurred also. Legal action toward the police and the lady. This young man was doing the right thing-working for his own money and couldn't even do that in peace. Shameful!

The work place should have called the police! Shame on them. The women should serve jail time.

How much evidence do they need ? I am a 75 year old white woman , I am appalled at how how vindictive , and cruel that woman is , might I add full blown racist . You know what... I think you might have a point.... I mean, slapping someone is considered a "simple assault" which is a misdemeanor, but if you do it along with spewing racial epithets, then it really should be considered a "hate crime," thus, treated as a felony!!

There was another incident where a Caucasian woman spit on a black woman at a hotel and the black woman started beating her ass. Some people were commenting that they didn't understand why the black woman wouldn't have simply called the police to have the woman arrested. This may be the reason why...unless you can afford legal counsel, calling the police does nothing.

Systemic racism doesn't exist. Please don't allow the media and academia indoctrinate. These institutions have a vested interest in keeping us divided. Racism does exist, it always will as long as people are human beings, but systemic racism doesn't exist in the present time.

Anyone who attacks someone yelling racial slurs should be charged with a hate crime felony. I don't care if they don't even hit hard enough to leave a mark. The only way to stop this b.s. from happening is to make sure these people spend some good time in jail

Is this a side affect of Covid? I wonder. If not, humans seem to becoming less human. I’ve never seen a Karen in person, doing her thing, in a store or restaurant, and I hope I never do. But if I saw an adult slap a worker - regardless of sex, age, or color, I’d be on the phone so fast with 911, and I’m afraid my big mouth would start with my 2 cents opinion. No worker - service or otherwise - should have to deal with physically and verbally abusive customers. Nobody gets paid enough for that 💩

I judge people by how they treat waiters, shop assistants and janitors. You should treat them with the same courtesy that you would afford to royalty.
