We used a Barudan ZQ single-head bridge machine.

how much does this machine cost and can i get the same effect with a cheaper because i know these types of machines are expensive. im trying to start my own clothing line and something like this would help alot.

how i setup my PR620 to make this side to side stiches , I did use foam but i am getting stiches inside the leter from side to side in 4 spot, mean the letter will not lock puffOut 3D

If I understand your question, you want long stitches that sit on top of the foam and not short stitches that compress the foam. I am not familiar with a PR620. However, it sounds like the embroidery file that you are using was not created for puff embroidery. My guess is that the embroidery file has specified the use of short fill stitches rather than long satin stitches. This can be changed by the person who created your embroidery file.

When designing your artwork for puff with outline how big should you make the outline? I have only done a couple and the outlines didn't turn out that well as in the design I didn't put make them big enough I guess.

There is no rule that I follow except that the satin stitch outline should extend underneath where the puff embroidery will go so that you don't get any gaps. After that, it depends on wide you want the outline to be.

That would be something the digitizer would have to do right. Can't do that in my artwork.

You could set up the outline in a graphic file. A digitizer would then convert your graphic file into an embroidery file either manually or using autoconversion software.

When you said you reduce the tension, are you using the very top tension knobs or the middle one on the machine head? Thanks

We use puff foam available at Gunold.

How many mm is this foam? I need my puff look like this love barudan

We love our Barudans also. We used 3mm foam.

I am sorry for the delay in replying. If you have an embroidery machine, you can create (or have someone else create) a file that will allow you to do puff embroidery.
