ImMy brother and I rented Clayfighters so many times as a kid. We would always sing a long with the theme song and mimic the voices and sound effects. It will always hold a special place in my heart.

If I had any kind of nostalgia for it, it'd hit differently. I just don't - but I love that you and your brother played it and you have such a great memory of the game!

Dude MoH: Frontline should have propped that franchise up for years. Probably one of the top 10 most memorable game openings next to Elder's Scrolls games.

It's all about the letter G this month...well kind of. Wish you could have gotten Sesame Street involved for this one. Godzilla has some great value, it's too bad the music doesn't continue with Gauntlet II, it makes a big difference. I have never played any of the medal of Honor games, although I hear they are good. Oh and yeah that flight game looks like a snoozefest 😂😂😂😂 Did you need coffee after playing that one?

Medal of Honor: Allied Assault on PC is the game to play. It aged wonderfully because keyboard and mouse was already a standard back then. The only shooter I find easy to play on console from back then was halo

Godzilla! I do want that game just for the big G. The combat graphics look better than I expected on a NES game. Does VGM let you pick the game genres that you get? I have thought about doing a service like this but I have no desire for any kind of sport game.

Oh aerofighters...I bought it because it had an A10 on the cover...I can't make it through the first stage its just...ugh.

Godzilla with less people is always a plus. No Sega... Disapointed. MoH series was great. I used to play the PC version online with a group and it was so fun. Freeze tag mod was sweet.

(video game seller here) I don't think I've once seen VGM give a title that sells well for retro stores / convention sellers. If the value is decent, it has low liquidity. If it's a good game it's going to be an insanely common dirt cheap game like Devil May Cry. I think they should give more value of these types of games, or up the quality a little bit for what they charge. If I could pick and choose which titles a person was buying from me and could load them up with a mixture of qualities like this (good bad ugly, uncommon - super common) I would reward the customer with more value. Most games that chart under $10 are tough sales at $5, sometimes can't sell for even $1. But because there are a few sold results on ebay of $8 shipped, you get misleading data on price charting for these worthless games. I'm not sure what you paid, but I would have loved to sell you this lot for $30. I would have thanked you kindly.

It's really not. My friend Chris and I used to play it all the time, I own the first and second one. It's different than a street fighter or a mortal Kombat, with tongue firmly placed in cheek. The humor is part of the charm. And if I recall correctly there's actually a way in the menu that you can adjust the speed

I won't take anything away from your memories with your friend, but for me Clayfighter and its subsequent sequels have always been poor imitations of more successful and better designed fighting games. Humor has a place in fighting games - Dan is my favorite SF character - but the gameplay for Clayfighter just doesn't work for me. I don't care for the characters, don't like the gameplay, and don't like the overall package. It's just not a game for me - I'd much rather play something like Street Fighter, Art of Fighting, or Fatal Fury than Clayfighter just because they're better put together from top to bottom.

@RoXolid Oh, it really is. You might have some memories with it, but it is a bad game. With another person, playing a bad game can be an enjoyable experience, but it is still a bad game. I get that it is our opinions, and everyone is entitled to theirs, but I will die on the hill of it being a bad game. Did I mention that it was a bad game? It's bad.
