I do too. I still mark April 20th on my calendar...just to remember. I was heartbroken when she died...as were millions, of course...and I had to take off a couple of days to get used to the idea. If there is any human we needed two more decades of...it is Victoria Wood. 💖💖💖

same as me! The issue I have, is the regular chain high street cafes here are just a teabag in a pot. For £2.50 or so. Rip off. If it was loose leaf properly infusing, I wouldn't begrudge paying it.

Such a brilliantly talented woman, and so sad to think that her hideously painful death from oesophageal cancer might very well have been caused by constantly drinking scalding cups of tea for years - there really should be a health warning on packets of tea and coffee - don't drink scalding hot liquid - let it cool down a bit first, to avoid damaging your oesophagus. I've known a few tea drinkers who insisted on drinking boiling tea for years, and they have all been stricken with this horrible cancer. I don't know why they did it - something to do with living in the UK's miserable, cold climate, perhaps - and wanting to warm themselves up quickly. A comforting, but potentially dangerous habit. Victoria Wood cheered so many of us up with her superbly comical outlook on life - our weary world has a serious laughter deficiency without her.

No way boiling water causes cancer. I refuse to believe such a thing.

I heard on radio several years ago, whilst driving, a skit on the wonders of the British Empire. I think it was by Victoria Wood and it was hilarious. She was thanking countries in the Empire for all they provided to Britain, but in a very humorous and sardonic way. I have never heard it again and would ask if anyone knows about this skit?

I am a huge tea drinker, at least 10 cups a day and my partner is even worse than me, he drinks about 20 cups a day. We do manage to hold down full-time jobs as well LOL.

"Skygazer" and spouse drink 30 cups of 🌿tea 🌿a day between them.... That's a lot of caffeine🤔..... If they stopped, they would get significant headaches.... 😢🇬🇧🌿😢🌿🤔
