I didn't see any clams! Some steamers on there definitely wouldn't hurt. Lobster is awesome, don't get me wrong, but splitting the lobster 50/50 with clams would provide more variety.

Mate, looks delish, here in Australia, each crayfish that size is about $180 each. man that is a seriously expensive dish.

Last time I even looked at very small crayfish about 5 years ago in NZ supermarkets, the tab was $75 . . . so small that if a recreational fisher took half a dozen for a feed and was caught by rangers, it would be a big fine and possible confiscation of boat, motor, trailer and all.
