Chef shares what goes into a perfect New England clambake

    Looks fantastic. I've never been to a clambake before. The Dish is one of my favorite segments.

    Ugh god...THIS is a clam BOIL... a clam BAKE is uhhh BAKED... traditionally buried underground and baked with hot stones and steamed w seaweed.

    Since the government has CLOSED DOWN all restaurants and bars....cooking outside is a good idea.

    ....the problem is no body really gives a damn. Just fix me a burger with hot wings, fries and a ICE COLD beer. Put the TV on too.... Nobody want all of that fancy BS,🤣🤣🤣

    This place sucks, portions were extremely small
