A Neck Exercise (1) That Will Change Your Life
Instead of holding your pelvis and chest static, like being stuck in a pit of quicksand, we explore how the neck is part of yourself, a sentient person who can think, sense, feel, move and love. What amazing benefits do we get from that?

Wonderful! Thank you. We need more Feldenkrais-type movements done while standing. The exercises done lying down don't always translate into more functional movements while walking or doing other tasks.
Acknowledging and welcoming my neck to become a part in participation in my whole life while doing this brought a click of rightness in me. Ahhhh, thanks. I perceived an undulation when i went to the right, vs a more practiced swivel left. I feel fun and appreciation and respect for myself and you as i listen, feel, watch, learn and move. Replaying now.
fantastic way to get moving, develop agility and increase awareness!!! we are so lucky

I twisted so far to the right that my left knee said, STOP! And I smoothly returned to the starting position.
Can we do the same sitting?
Oops, that was meant to be posted in the video I watched before this in my watch list 😅🙄😬
