Also, how long do your liquid jars take to grow out and how do you store them during and after the growing out process? How long do they keep and do you add more liquid broth to the last bit to keep the genetics going or start new with a fresh plate? Thanks 🙏

Use google man. LC is good for innoculant. Agar is good for isolation. It takes a few weeks to fully colonize a LC jar. You can store them in the fridge for 6 months or even up to a decade.

To awnser yout last question there is something referred to as a P factor and it goes up by 1 every time you make a transfer. By P10 the strain breaks down and starts doing poorly lots of mutations etc. So to prevent that you take a new sample from your master and grow it out instead of taking remaining LC and putting it in a new jar.

If it's ramping up from lc into a spawn block, 3-5 weeks makes plenty of sense to make sure its fully colonized before shipping!
