This is so true, I am stressed and likely suffering depression, but still asking for any sort of "help" is just something I won't do.... Culture has become unhealthy.

Also seeing a therapist usually costs at least $150 an hour and your plan covers up to $300 so… def not an easy one. It’s actually MUCH easier now in some cultures to speak about mental health. Thankfully it improved a lot in the past 30 years.

It was really obvious watching (from all your previous vids) the steps as she becomes more relaxed, is breathing better, and feeling better. Her physical transformation is one of the biggest of your vids, specially the tension held in her hands. She started her "relaxed" stage with almost clenched fists, so much tension. But she ends with fingers dangling around like streamers in the breeze.

The various greens of nature, the natural sunlight streaming in between leaves, and even the natural browns of the fallen leaves were all very relaxing.

You either like him or don't, and it seems split amongst the viewers. I personally like it, helps me relax and fall asleep. The only thing that interrupts that peace is Taos loud bell outro. Its too high pitched and shatters the calm effect in my opinion.

Sometimes you can assess which muscles are overactive or compensating posturally. It all depends on what’s going on.

For example, some muscles don’t fire properly and you might have a muscular imbalance that can be better assessed and worked on from a standing position.
