I have been interested in massage for a long time but I struggle a lot socially and related to that I have not got much experience actually practicing massage. that said, I have a lot of experience with other uses of my hands for creative purposes and I think I would be quite good at massage especially after getting more of a feeling for it.. I don't want to get more involved in economic stuff and if I am going to do massage I would only want to do it for free or at the very least with no expectation of receiving something in return (same with basically everything), but I can't imagine even approaching a stranger in a park just to talk to them, not to mention to offer to give them a massage. People generally seem deterred by my presence even if I don't say or do anything. I also don't have a massage chair or anything like that.. and there are no people who I'm close to in my life so I can't offer to give a massage to a partner or anyone like that, since there is no one like that. Do you have any suggestions for steps to take to move in the direction of being able to actually practice this?

Thank you for sharing your current experience of life and taking your time to express yourself openly. It seems very obvious that you want to change your current life path - this is the spark that can eventually ignite the change you seek. Write down as simple as you can some small things you can change about how you are living your life now. *Sleep earlier *Do less of something *Do more of something etc.. What will help you immensely is to become honest with your self - you know what you must do or not do. You can not lie to your self. Write down as simply as you can what you are grateful about your life now. *Being alive *Have a body to experience life with *Have a home *Have family Etc. When you have become acknowledging and grateful of what you have you can begin to fully appreciate what is possible. The truth is anything is humanly possible if you really want it. The path you take through life is not about the destination but rather, it is about the journey and how you are experiencing it in the present moment. From this perspective there is no fear but instead we begin to realise that Fear can be a teacher. And remember this - without your body you can not experience life so start a relationship with your body, one where you become in harmony with your body and am able to feel and cater for its needs: eat well, sleep well, relax well, be active in experiencing with a good heart, good intentions and with compassion and love. Then eventually, the yearning to help others will become possible in totality. I hope the words expressed here in, inspires and ignites the will in you for change. Blessings to you and your family in good spirit, The Avatar Known As Tao Chi Kai 🙏

@@TaoChiKai Thanks for your reply but unfortunately most of these words actually just make me think that dishonesty is what is enabling integration with society. And that does actually answer my question, it's just an unfortunate answer. Not that I disagree with everything you just said of course, but "The truth is anything is humanly possible if you really want it" is obviously a blatant lie. I do think it is a matter of harmony, but the problem is that most of the people who currently exist are in harmony with lies and misunderstanding, so to be in harmony with them requires being in harmony with lies and misunderstanding. This is primarily about the belief that the universe is created through separate things interacting - causality, creation, control, power, freewill, independence, etc. these are all falsehoods in that unarticulated narrative of the nature of reality. but the nature of reality is actually one whole in relation with itself expressing infinity (by infinity I do not mean EVERY conceivable thing, just an infinite number of things which are possible) by necessity, not a process of something becoming something else nor a manifestation of one of multiple possibilities. every possibility is necessary as itself in relation to every other aspect of whole.. the yearning to help others truly would require much more than what is possible in this context because what people need most is direct experience of an alternative relationship between humans and the universe, but government violence prevents any one person from setting that example alone, and there isn't even close to 1% of the population that would voluntarily work together to set that example. Of course that is possible, just not in this context, thus it exists in a different part of reality than my present. I absolutely wish change was possible, but difference across time is not an example of change. change is about becoming, and there is no such thing. anyway.. I am just writing this in case it can be part of a radiating relational pattern that includes greater understanding. I do appreciate the energy you put into providing what you thought is a good answer to my question as I still think you have good intentions of course, and obviously the suggestions you made about physical health make sense. I do already do those things except for sleeping well which is something I've been working on. I wish good intentions were enough on their own, but when I am fully honest I know that reality is inherently insufficient because not everything that is possible should exist.
