I love your videos to relax, but you should refrain from giving any form of advice around "ideally you wouldn't take any medication". It's dangerous and wrong.

But you can give advice on giving advice. I am not anti-medicine but I will say that western medicine most times treats the symptoms not the cause. Instead of exercise and diet we give you pills for mood, weight, blood pressure, etc. ideally you wouldn’t want to be on any medicine at all. That is inherently a true logical statement. Ideally you wouldnt.

Taking the context into consideration, there was nothing wrong with what he said… It is better to try many, many things before you enter the world of medication. What you said is a reflection of a major problem in the world. People are utterly brainwashed by pharmaceutical industries to believe that pill popping is the first step in treating something. It’s a dangerous practice that tends to create more issues than it solves. People end up masking their problems with drugs and continuing in their suffering with versus finding the root of their problems and addressing it from there. We’re not talking about someone stopping medications they have taken for some time here so my point is you’re being overly dramatic for no reason.

In every case medicine (ingested, implied by the video) is used, there a disease or illness within the body…not ideal. Medicine is used to cure, halt and prevent disease. In the ideal world of no diseases, there would be no need for medicine.
