There are people who have chosen the van life and still work normal jobs while doing so. One pretty popular guy in the US is a nurse and lives out of his car. He just randomly drives off to go see a mountain or whatever he wants to do. Very interesting. Also, I subscribed to your hiking channel.

Hi Daan, if you can identify why migraines are triggered then you can address it and hopefully reduce the frequency, if you think it's to do with self care then there's only one way to find out. Good luck! Mine were linked to my menstrual cycle and got worse during peri menopause but when my periods stopped so did the migraines, sort of. I now just get the visual aura but no headache, so as annoying as an extended visual disturbance can be it's such a relief not to have the pain which is so debilitating and awful to go through.

Does Dairy or Gluten give you migraines? I think too much dairy gives me migraine.
