Congratulations on two years! Thank you for sharing this update. I agree with you about enjoying the process-- it never hurts to slow down and enjoy the changes we should have had the first time around. The first time I got called sir by a telemarketer made my entire day better.

I 33 and 3,5 years on T now, and 1,5 years ago I decided to grow my hair out now that I have some facial hair and pass consistently. I really like it and it fits my personality way better than the shorter hair.

What a difference two years make. You look so good. As you said that you are content with yourself. Keep moving forward and keep loving yourself. It is ok to look younger than your actual age. It is also ok to act younger than your actual age. You do you.

By the way, I find it really funny that so many men, whether cis or trans are so proud of body hair. I personally never liked it but I'm really glad that you feel great! That's what matters above all.

Thanks guy for this video 🙂and for sharing. ❤ Dean I don't know where you are at after the surgery with freedom of movement etc. regarding exercise, but down the years I have found some exercises give more results for less effort if that makes sense. For upper body I find sitting dumbbell concentration curls with that little extra squeeze at the top works best for visible bicep growth. Then standing barbell shoulder press for visible shoulder development, and dumbbells for bench press as one can lower dumbbells more than with a barbell giving that extra stretch on the chest. Also the gym I used to go to had a upper body cycling machine designed for cardio, but gives exponential growth in terms of bench press ability. Even if muscle growth isn't the main priority from my own personal experience these three exercises give great gains for overall upper body strength coupled with the minimum of efforts compared to other exercises, or groups of exercises. I used to give myself 3 minutes between each set of reps, so my routine used to be standing barbell shoulder press, wait 3 minutes, sitting dumbbell concentration curls, wait 3 minutes, then dumbbell bench press, wait 3 minutes then complete the cycle of exercises another 2 times in the same manner as before. If one has the energy etc. exercises can be maxed out using a much lighter weight on a 4th cycle of exercises. As you probably already know rest days are important for the body and muscles to repair themselves (the nature of weight training as I understand it, is it tears the muscles slightly and then the muscles heal back in those rest days stronger). I used to give myself 2-3 days of rest before exercising those muscle groups the next time. I only mention weight training as it was mentioned in this video, and you by no means show any need to grow muscles (you are in great shape as you are and anyone would be doing themselves a favour investing themselves emotionally in you). Dean, hope this has been of some interest etc. love your content, and I look forward to your next video. 🙂

Thank you so much! I recently got to the gym for the first time in years. I was too scared to go after my transition 😅, but I found my way back. Still doing the basics at the moment, got my first training schedule from the gym which I'm going to follow for a couple of weeks and then make my own plan. So, thanks for sharing your routine, great inspiration! ❤️

@@Daan_Spieard You are welcome Dean. 🙂 I take my hat off to you for having the surgery, no easy decision and any surgery is scary... I remember declining being put out under general anaesthetic just for having a wound cleaned, let alone to undergo surgery on top. I think if it were me I would take my time with the work outs and get my confidence where it needs to be first. Rest assured you are already in great shape 🙂

Happy 2 year anniversary! 🥳 Off topic, why did you learn English as another language? Just curious. You're doing great with it 👍 I love your point about while you have hair, you want it showing. I chuckled at that part because it's true! I don't know if the gray is part of testosterone or genetics, but you're right around the age where it would start growing out anyways? (genetics plays a role of course) Once your beard gets thicker or if you want to start growing it out, it will be interesting to see what color it is as well. Some guys get really neat gray patterns in their beards ☺ I found out mine was red! I have almost the same color head hair you do, I'm a bit lighter color, so that was a big surprise! With muscle mass & strength: starting the different testosterone might make a difference in how your body will react to working out (from what I hear from others). I started intramuscular right away, and I noticed my muscles got leaner. With food; have you thought about doing your meal prep on the weekends for the week ahead so you have good quality meals and snacks to eat in between classes or on breaks? When I was really depressed and working nonstop, I used to put ingredients in a crock pot (I don't know what you might call it over there) and let it cook on low all day while I was at work. I'd cook one pot for the whole week, and I would break that up into 7 portions (1 per day) so I could just grab them and run out the door. (plus snack baggies like nuts and seeds, string cheese and biscuits/crisps) I don't know if you've tried that our not already, but it really helped me out. Short note on clitoris growth; Everyone's different, but usually 1-3 cm. Some people get pumps while they're still in the growing phase, but I heard it only helps a little. Your voice changed the most around 7-9 months from the sounds of it, also between 1 and 2 year mark it got richer sounding. That's neat to hear! I agree you sound more relaxed. Singing will probably help with training your voice more as well if you still want to change it more. Libido didn't change much for me, but I noticed my moods leveled out after hysterectomy. I was having bad health issues with that part though, so I don't know what part was testosterone and what part was hysto, just because I did both at the same time. I agree with you, enjoy the process, it's really interesting and exciting! Enjoy your trip, and thank you for sharing! I love hearing other people's experiences on the same journey ☺

Hey! ☺️ The trip was great. And yeah I really should do more with meal prep, it makes my life a lot easier throughout the week 🙂. Oh and English is a language everyone learns in school here. I also had a bit of French and German, but I wasn't really good with that.

What is your testosterone dose now on injections? I had to switch back to Androgel because my Red blood cells went up like crazy. I’m on 3 pumps: 60.75mg daily.

I'm not sure. I started with one bottle/capsule every 3 weeks. But today after the talking to the doctor we changed to once every 18 days. But I'm not sure about how much is in a bottle (and I don't have any in stock). I'll check next time. Must be annoying to switch again. Strange how a another type has such different effect.

You could pass even before testosterone though. You were definitely a very masculine woman beforehand which is probably why your transition has gone so well. You are one of the few who passes with flying colours.
