Yes! I agree with Ed. I use that same cooking technique for prime rib and it comes out perfect every single time. Aw, we missed out on school performance due to the lockdown. I'm so glad it's back and you guys were able to enjoy it. Lincoln is so darn cute with his costume.
What a warm festive dinner. Wonderful friends and delicious food and Birthday Cake! Lights were awesom.. love those traditions. Thanks for taking us along.

Absolutely! I’m lucky to have grown up with traditions, but Joe didn’t…so it’s been nice bringing new traditions into our family and seeing him enjoy them too ❤.

It was amazing and I learned something new. I never cooked it before but I’d probably take his recommendation for cooking method. It came out perfectly and the horseradish sauce was bomb.
