This lady has a lot of class. She's educated and intelligent. We have to speak up when needed.
Unfortunately, discrimination continues at different levels, race, body types, and clothing, status, etc. Discrimination is NEVER good. Well done, Amelia, for standing up. ⚘️
Thanks Amelia for taking a stand with such eloquence 🤗👌🏾❤️

Of course!!
What a thoughtful and pleasant woman. The world needs more like her right now.
When I was in the NAVY in Bainbridge, MD. I saw a similar incident. After filling out lists of paper work and turning it in, one of my classmates was called into the office for not filling out the paper work properly. They informed his he was not to use his initials and he informed them that RJ was his full name and not his initials. His full name was RJ White. The instructor said that it was kind of a funny name for him, to which he replied well there was a man in the the barracks named Chocolate and he WASN'T EVEN CHOCOLATE.
Stand Stand for your right don’t give up the fight
I feel the support for this story is great. I also hope that all of you realize that the same type of discrimination is very common these days against Jewish and Israeli people. Please see the equivalence of these and speak up against all cases of discrimination.

Your comment reminded me of a Karen who ordered a sandwich that was wrapped in blue and white paper. She wrongly accused the restaurant of showing support for Israelis. This was not true. But, even if it was, what is so wrong for standing up for people in any country? Racism and discrimination will be with us as long as there is diversity. You, Amelia, should feel a sense of satisfaction standing up against racism. If I were on that plane, and you ended up seated next to me, a Caucasian, I would welcome you as an equal and hope for some interesting conversation. I know you know only a small group of people are racist. Helping to show others how to deal with it with humanely will change some of them. I was fortunate to be able to fly to Ireland and had a wonderful time, so I am glad your trip to Paris was a memorable experience.
Thank You for Standing Up !!!!
Racism is never ok. No matter your color we are all human beings made by God. One race isn't better than another. We are all God's children he made all of us.
The airline I worked for would not have stood for the guys behavior. At one time a whole rew were positioning to a transit port to pick up a plane that has been delayed badly, and crew didn't have enough hours left to operate the last leg & we were going to replace them & operate on arrival. One of the crew was from Sri Lanka and very dark skinned and a 1st class pax refused to sit next to him him stating he wasn't going to "sit next to a f---ing n-----r". The customer service manager immediately asked him to come back into the terminal to sort seating out, but knew first & business class were fully booked. When they arrived at boarding desk, the CSM told staff he refused to carry the pax, and why, and a security officer escorted him back through customs and he didn't fly on our flight. Break rules or bad language, and you were denied boarding or offloaded, the ay it should be.
Some may think this is fake but as a BW who travels first class, you do get some crazy looks, as if to say “Why are you here?” I have never had anyone say anything to me but I have been on the receiving end of some crazy looks! it’s funny to me! Here’s another thing that pisses them off…the airline hosts always go out of their way to make sure I’m even more comfortable and taken care of, above and beyond my fellow passengers! The reason why they do this you may ask? It’s because I shake their hand, politely greet them, and hand them a gift card to an airport coffee shop or to a kiosk massage booth. They appreciate it because I thought about their comfort! 🥰😁
What most people have forgotten is that we are human. Skin color is just God's dressing. ❤❤
It's to bad that they did not get a picture of that creep.
This will happen forever 💯 Correction have be made real quick Thank God 💯💯 She's felt pride speaking up ALL Good Injoy Injoy Injoy Injoy Injoy Injoy Injoy Injoy Injoy YOU'RE Vacation 💯💯💯💯
I know someone who had a similar experience it so happened that she was in the right line for first class but the other person was in another class and couldn’t understand why she was boarding the plane before him.
The commentator said is this Story that she was the most black successful woman, instead of saying she was the most successful black woman. What was up with that??

As long as there are people, there will always be jerks like that guy. Amelia showed class and dignity the way she handled the situation. One brave lady.😊
People like HIM don't belong there. It makes me so angry.

I’m a Mexican American. Born in the USA n educated in the USA. I married a wonderful man, who just happened to be white. Because of my married name, I have been accused of identity stealing. My husband l has defended me against tthese accusations.
Congratulations Amelia hope the rest of your stay was even better than you had expected ❤
Knowing me, i wouldn't have said one word to him, much less shown him my boarding pass. Unless he put his hands on me, then, i would've had something embarrassingly sarcastic, to say. Hopefully, he would think twice, before behaving like that again.
It was a very nice story But the fact is much more harsh as far as I know There are so many cases the third parties, such as airway employees, police persons and airport security guards, stand by the one who discriminated Cuz they who discriminated usually tone down and tell lies saying like "He/she's paranoid, I never mean discrimination. I just wondered" at the sight of those third parties Other passengers seldom step in nor witness in favour of the party who got discriminated And even say like "As a conclusion everything solved, no further issues Why should u rake over old ash Shouldn't post social media It's also regarded as ur insult against him/her"
Kudos to you. I was recently on a mission trip to Uganda and my husband went to a bank in Uganda to exchange USA currency. He was given less for the exchange but the following day a Caucasian went to exchange USA currency and given a higher rate. Another incident happened at hotel we stayed at. The caucasians came in after our group and got their order before we did. Sad that this behavior continues to occur when we are in Uganda. My husband spoke to manager of the establishment but behavior continues to happen.
I can't stand so called PRIVILEGED PEOPLE WHO THINK THAT THEY ARE BETTER BETTER THAN OTHERS 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️

This is the second story about racism on a flight. People need to stop calling people, people like u don’t need to be n the first class line etc. Glad she stood up for herself & going on to make an impact through social media.
Thank you for standing up for yourself. I have a few situations like yours handled ir in a somewhat similar way.
This is getting good

One of the most black successful lawyers? Yeah- I had to go back and hear it again- so- she is one of the darkest skinned successful attorneys in New York? I didn’t know that the NY Bar association measured the darkness of skin in their successful attorneys….

Artificial intelligence not knowing the rules for placement of adjectives.
Statement by narrator was totally incorrect! He said, "She was the MOST BLACK successful Lawyer..." If he was going to use that adjective, put it AFTER the predicate! NOBODY is categorized as the MOST BLACK...
I would have not 10:01 let him tell me where I can set when I payed my hard earned money.
You said the "most black successful lawyer" shouldn't it be worded better. Is she the most black lawyer or successful one who is black?
I bet it was an old white republican .

Why be so mean and EVIL TO PEOPLE IN 2024??????????????
"one of the most BLACK successful lawyers in New York City"? WHO wrioe that ignorant narration?
The most black??
You did not have to justify anything by showing "your papers" to this racist YT man!
This story like most of these stories are bull show me the actual people involved show me the proof the scenes you were showing me are the same for many of these videos except that the people you are claiming this happened to are different viral stories produces a lot of baloney.
Please quit changing people on this story and focus on one person I’m confused who the person the story is as about too many different people and faces
