Yup i had a re-enforced black wake up call when i got pulled over in front of my university with guns drawn on me, granted i was maybe speeding(not more than the usual Miami resident. no one does 50 in the 50. everyones doing 60+). but what proceeded was they came guns drawn and never asked for ID, never asked "do i know why i was pulled over" anything. it was not typical. The only question i was asked was "you have a nice car , do you sell drugs?" The only thing that saved me was my University attire and the parking stickers on my Car to show that I've been attending the school for 2 years. they proceeded to say have a nice day. never got a warning, ticket anything. This was 2014 and i had Chameleon pearls on my car which was not usual at the time. ever since my car has been painted black and I stop washing it every few days so it looks dusty somewhat I dont get bothered. I haven't been pulled over in years. compared to when i drove nice cars. i was pulled over 47 times within 2 years. NO tickets. The crazier part is that i speed more now allegedly. but they leave me alone allegedly.

It was stated the young woman had just received the car. It probably had not made it through county registration posting process yet to the police listing printouts. Typically in my area during busy periods it can take 3 to 5 days if a weekend is involved. She should have had the bill of sale, proof of insurance and a license application with her IDENTIFICATION matching the paper work. Had she had this one possibly two calls would have cleared it up on the spot. Around here if you pull over 40 percent of the people they won’t even their drivers license with them let alone all the other documents required.

@@tryagainb9669 The problem with things these days is people with high end laser printing machines counterfeit everything from money to property titles etc etc. So unless the documents can be confirmed through required channels they don’t mean anything. Lots of black people around here have better cars than I do. I know a large number of black peoples. I have three neighbors one next door. Not one has mentioned a problem because of what they drive. I from past experience feel if the actual truth of this entire story was known it would be another race baiting story.

I had a goofball Officer pull me over once. Said my car matched the description of a car stolen from a suburb near my job. Once I told the goofey this car is registered in the city. How in the hell could it be the stolen car from the suburb he mentioned. He then look busted and stupid as hell. Got mad because I called him out on his bullshit stop. In regards to this young lady. Once the plates and registration matched her license/identity. It was done. It's no way he should've pushed the issue any further. I'm happy her family sued because racial profiling is real. There are some who don't believe this because it never happened to them. But yes, its real. Especially if you're driving a vehicle they FEEL you shouldn't be in.

I have been pulled over and asked questions and harassed by these nazi thugs. So I will not drive them. This happens every single day in every city across the United States. lastly I don't think we realize that when they arrested her and they charged her that results in her name and her face and her fingerprints always being in their system forever. So if you run her record it will say that she was charged with possession of a stolen vehicle. People don't understand there's a difference between charge and convicted. anytime you get arrested You have officially been charged with whatever offense. This is where it gets crazy In the United States if you're charged with something and it gets dropped that charge still shows up on your criminal record. anytime you are charged with something and you get arrested that charge is on your record.

Is this why more and more people are now doing less and less for free for their Public-servants/Trustees whenever they want you to DO something for them? Them-` Give me your id` - `Answer our questions` - `Do what we tell you to do` - etc., You-`Yes, certainly (there is now an agreement to comply/obey/accommodate them) it’s just that we charge you $911 for remedy to DO that for you and because we have NO-CONFIDENCE with you administrating our Trust, payment must be with us immediately and any further communicating with us is with you accepting the deal, thank you` Please remember that THEY are NOT volunteers…..so why should YOU be? The secret to dealing with your treacherous Trustees/paid Public-servants is just two words….CONDITIONAL acceptance. Would it not be best to be the polite BUSINESS-man….NOT the victim?
