@@andrewmatlala6130 yes I listened to what he said, didn't take it at face value and looked it up. Do you always buy whatever bullshit someone feeds you or just when it feeds your bias? IN COURT, he argued he had a right to chase her with a knife for being on his land. He even hints at this in the video you bought hook line and sinker without even a moment of critical thought.

It has nothing to do with how veterans are treated, but by how all citizens (men in this instance) are treated. Being a veteran doesn't grant you more credibility or innocence in the eyes of the law. I can tell you 100% that the decision to charge him with the crime had absolutely nothing to do with him being a veteran.

I am so damn tired of this mindless schtick argument. Injustices aren't any worse simply because the victim was in the military. The problem here was the fundamental injustice of what happened. Whether the victim was a military veteran or not is neither here nor there.

Plus she was on his property, not just on the street and he didn’t take any action, she was unharmed and trespassing without leaving when told to. The woman should have been punished for the trespassing, not the guy defending his property without using physical force.

Trespassing alone is Not justification for killing someone. Whst if its a child? Old confused 70yr old lady Retarted person If you CANT PROVE you were threatened, or feared for your life.... you will not go to jail. Ill come visit you in PRISON to say, I TOLD YOU SO. THIS kind of moronic mindset is PRECISELY why there are gun issues in America! Back home, we never locked our doors, day or night. Left keys in our cars, trucks,... & almost EVERYONE had at least 1 gun. In most cases, a loaded shotgun or rifle was leaning against the wall, next to the back door! We drove around with guns in our cars, trucks.. Hell, I even took my shotgun to school, on the school bus, WITH AMMO. .. and there was NEVER a gun accident, or misuse in our county! EXCEPT for when all the "flatlanders" aka city folk, came up north for deer season! EVERY YEAR! So whats the take away here? Country folk respect guns & life. City folk are pissed off, in a hurry, shifty, & prideful & liars. Why? They lie to themselves. Thry handle weapons maybe 2x a yr for brief periods. Wheras, the country kids grow up around it and are TAUGHT by dad, grandparents, uncles... who all keep the young lad in check at all times, till it becomes second nature to us. My children NEVER got a toy gun. Guns are NOT Toys! They learned how to ckean & care for guns, before they were allowed to even touch a bullet, starting about ~ 7 yrs old.

he needs to research circumstantial evidence. circumstantial evidence is the prosecution proposing a theory that you committed a crime. the cumulative total of that evidence must preclude all reasonable theories of innocence. 2 ppl accusing you of a crime without any physical evidence a crime was committed does not rise to the level of reasonableness required to convict. That's why cops need in car videos and on person cameras to verify what they say is true. not a lawyer, not legal advise. a veteran.
