A Malaysian Favourite: Asam pedas ikan kembung 🍛

Today, I'm cooking up a flavourful Asam Pedas Ikan Kembung 🍛✨, a favourite lunch for all of us Malaysians. For this Asam Pedas dish, the best cookware is the Vitrogan Collection by La gourmet. Ingredients:
8 pcs ikan kembung (cleaned and wash)
2 pcs ginger flower
1 stalk kesum leaf

2 pcs medium tomatoes
8-10 pcs okra

3-4 pcs red onion
6-8 pcs garlic
1 inch ginger
20 pcs dried chili (soaked and deseeded)
1 inch turmeric
5 tbsp tamarind juice
Salt, oil and water as needed
