Technically spoilers but not really cus im not gunna tell events. It may not be now, i think soon. Rimuru will have the ability to give and take skills from everyone he has named. But just cus he can do that doesn’t mean he can properly use these skills. In terms of Souei, Rimuru already has most if not all of his skills already. Rimuru just cant use them the same way, thats why he’s envious.
