I finally found my swimming spirit animal :D When I was taking swimming classes, whenever we had to do dives by the pool: this is exactly how I looked like no matter how hard I tried. Everyone else swan-dives elegantly, but something about head first falling makes me second-guess on the way down and I sort of just fall in like this xD

However - since it referred to the Cuteness ― I'd say we can conclude that it's suppose to be relative to the individual creature ― thus the Surface-Area becomes smaller relatively to it - as it grows.
