As a teen I spent the summer at a friend's cottage, everyday we had to bike a country road to go to work and pass by fields of cows. My friend had a harmonica that he would play and I swear the heard of cows all would come trotting over every morning to hear him play. So cool.

I've heard a story of an Irish accordion player - she often goes out into the Irish countryside and gives concerts for cows. She enjoys the appreciative audience while practicing and the cows are entertained. Best scenario! 😊

I used to flock the cattle of my uncle when I was in middle school. Sometimes, when we played music, sang or played even the harmonica or the flute, they gathered around us, with their tails swinging as you can see this one doing. And what was even fun was that, when we played drums in the compound, the Guinea hens will start jumping and dancing. It was just amazing! So, even animals also feel music.

@@sarahbasto6520 it’s simple. They do it so that they can keep track of their herds. Sometimes, when a cow has gone astray, from afar, you can hear the bells ringing. Then you can go look for it.
