A kindergarten teacher accused of the unthinkable

In the tiny town of Chickanauga, Georgia, Tonya Craft was one of the most trusted people, a beloved, beautiful kindergarten teacher with a small daughter of her own.

(I heard) Sandra Lamb was sued for filing lies about Tonya. When she was served, she attacked the person who served her, and sued the person who served her for assaulting her. Luckily there was a video showing her attack. When the two people showed up in court, the judge dropped the case against Sandra, Sandra retracted her lies about the process server, and the judge charged the process server with filing a false report and evidence tampering. The corruption is still alive today and it is disgusting.

In 3rd grade, my teacher told me drugs killed. I had no idea what street drugs were and if she made that distinction, I didn’t hear it or understand it. My misunderstanding lead me to believe my mother was trying to killing, unknowingly, me every time she made me take Benedryl or cough syrup. It wasn’t until 11 or 12yrs when I was hospitalized for a week for pneumonia, bc I always fought my mom over taking any medicine, that I realized medicines my mom or doctor gave me were to help me feel better, not harm me. While we should listen to kids, it’s important to recognize that sometimes kids get confused and they don’t always understand things as an adult would. I’m glad they found this woman not guilty.

This is because of the idiocy and evil of politicians, lawmakers, law enforcement, prosecutors, judges, people who work for CPS and similar agencies, and everyday Americans as a whole. Worse yet, is even after the person's name is cleared, especially if they're men, they lives would never be the same.

Noooo stop saying dumb shit like that. That’s not true. People should be more harshly punished for false accusations, but the punishment should fit the actual crime, the same way all other crimes are punished. It makes no real sense to punish a crime as if it is a totally different crime. As bad as it is- a false accusation is still not nearly as bad of a crime as molesting and raping 3 kindergarteners, so it shouldn’t be punished like it’s the same thing.

I felt like the ground had dissolved under me and I couldn’t breathe. Luckily they eventually dropped the charges against me and there was no trial or court martial. Oh and my dream. Anton HATED my dream. I wanted to come up with a technology that would make us all young and great looking and FIX any of our imperfections. If I'd had my way, those who wanted it, myself included, would be able to live in a world where none of us age, there's no consequences for sex either way, and I have girlfriends all over the place. Those who don't want it would be given eternal rest. I don't believe in tormenting anything. My dream was about a world with no torment and naked girls all over my domain. The OTHER guys would have it too, but there would be no guys in my personal domain. Had my childhood not been altered by satanists, this was the technology I would have created. I LOVE all girls and women. I don't want to rule. I want to be so attractive to you all that you desire being with me just as much or more as I desire to be with you. I AM for freewill. That's it. That was my plan, and it still is my plan. No more killings of anything. No more monarchy. Just living in a world that stays beautiful 24/7 without ever having to worry about torment again. If people would think, I've had every button you can think of pushed. I don't kill people I just come out and tell people how I feel. I think ALL males are repulsive, and that's the reason I have only had sex with females or had to use my hand and fantasize about them. The satanists think they can choose everyone's sexuality? That is exactly the reason I do hate them.

I personally believe the practice of kissing someone on the lips is wrong given its a parent or child. I however would not ever accuse the person of being a pedo!! So, that was terrible but, personally A child or parent has a cheek to peck. A more meaningful gesture on the lips is more a partner, husband or fiancee..My two pence worth. I saw my niece kiss my mother on the lips during covid and I was enraged, felt physically sick and given she was in her late twenties and knew better as she had a boyfriend felt it was totally inappropriate. The system doesn't like to admit wrongdoing, either. Even after 'exoneration' , it is difficult to get back to a normal life. Yet, the justice system wants us to believe they are infallible. Charges should be brought against those who falsely accuse and those in the justice system who make those rushes to judgement before the facts are in. They are about as responsible for this travesty. Make no mistake. We need to hold the authorities accountable as well.

I went through something similar 10 years ago. Just on the word of my wife's mother. My wife passed away unexpected and her mother blamed me for her death. The cause of death was heart failure she was 50 yrs old and the love of my life. They arrested me with absolutely 0 fiscal evidence. Just the hear say of her mother. She told the police that I molested my wife's 23 yr old downs syndrome daughter. I spent 45 days in jail and lost my job. If not for my grown stepdaughters speaking to the prosecutor. And telling him that their grandmother had this all planned out. And she threatened that they would be cut out of the will if they didn't back up the lies my mother-in-law fabricated. I thank God for my lovely stepdaughters they are beautiful honest ladies. The DA dropped all charges, the only thing I received from the DA was a letter saying they were sorry for my inconvenience. But my reputation was destroyed and the damage done. Don't forget in the USA you are guilty until you prove yourself innocent. This will follow me for the rest of my life.

At that point in time she was not in police custody so if she was willing to talk to the police they are under no obligation to grant the stipulation that an attorney be present, though it is generally considered to be a good and fair practice. Once she is arrested it is her constitutional right to have an attorney and have the attorney present during questioning. But before the arrest no such right exists and any questioning she participates in will be of her own free will. Edit: For clarification this is a response to those saying her constitutional rights were violated. They were not. I'm not saying anyone should or shouldn't talk to the police without an attorney present.

I would usually believe the first thing a kid says and not what their story changes to in the weeks coming surrounded by adults prodding them. Before I knew what abuse was I was interviewed by CPS workers who pulled me out of music class in kindergarten. I told them everything that happened to me at home, in detail. I wasn’t shy about it and I didn’t cry because I didn’t know that the same thing wasn’t happening to every other kid at home. I don’t remember the rest but my older sister has told me that my parents coerced us into saying that it was made up so that we wouldn’t get “taken away.”

Shikharesh Bhattacharya It’s not the children’s fault though. They were manipulated and coached to say those things by the adults they trusted most. Their brains aren’t developed enough to combat the lies that were fed to them, they didn’t stand a chance against adults who were using them like puppets. Being manipulated like that at such a young age can really mess you up for life. The children are just as much of a victim as the woman who was falsely accused, and this will be something they carry with them for the rest of their lives. The “adults” who made up the false allegations and forced them on their own children are the only ones to blame in this situation, and they should receive a hefty prison sentence as punishment. The children did not ask to be a part of this or ask for this to happen to them. They were merely seen as collateral damage by these sick and evil adults as a means to get some form of twisted payback against another adult.
