Jeff's been fighting his alcohol and pill addiction for like twenty years now, he's been fired and hired back to every wrestling promotion there is. No it wasn't. After victory road they thought they could show this to people and people would see it was handled. Instead of getting suspended, they just had the wrestlers talk to him off camera, then again while they pretended to secretly record and listen in. It's been talked about by those involved, mainly dvon on shoot interviews, that the company thought it would draw fan interest and used the wrestlers disgust with it as the selling point. They wanted to make it a storyline. But didn't expect the person involved to go away for a while before they filmed and showed this.
